Now certainly the doubters will call BS, but this should clear up a few things.

 

 

 

Russ made it clear that Doug Whaley has sole responsibility of the roster, Whaley sets the ceiling for contract negotiations, and Whaley has access to use the entire cap.

 

Any more discussion on the topic according to Russ, is "nonsense and sophomoric."

 

 

 

Joe B asked about riffs in the organization, Russ said there's nothing to it and everyone in the organization knows the plan and it's crystal clear.

Yeah right. Like I'm supposed to just believe what Brandon says. Like how we offered Byrd 30 mill over 3 years or how we offered Cowher 10 a year. Or the best ones ..... "we build throught the draft and keep our own" and "we are trying to win a Super Bowl"
