emiller1181
Don't be surprised if EJ Manuel isn't under center for the Buffalo Bills by next Halloween. Speaking at the NFL Scouting Combine on Thursday, coach Doug Marrone said his team can go in any direction at the position. With quarterbacks coach Todd Downing and senior offensive assistant Jim Hostler joining offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, the Bills believe they can get production whether they stick with Manuel, sign a veteran free agent or draft another quarterback. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000326854/article/doug-marrone-buffalo-bills-can-go-any-direction-at-qb I haven't listened to the audio, so I don't know exactly what Marrone said. The notion that Marrone is hitching his proverbial wagon to EJ appears to be false. I never really believed that, but really, it's more up to Whaley on who they bring in at QB. It will be interesting to see what they do. I'd rather not go into the season with Thad and Tuel as the backups. Quote Terry Pegula talking about Rex Ryan "This guy right here tells his realtor, 'Where does the most snow fall in the area? I want to live there.' How Buffalo is that?"
