Victor7
It had to happen. Now it either continues to be the same in which case McD should be the next to go. Or It gets better and we know what was wrong all along. 2 Quote Bills fan for life!! ................ But Sean McDermott was not happy at his post game presser last night, he looked like a man that wanted to fire someone. And to be honest, the special teams has looked crappy since pre-season. Poor on kick and punt coverage. Not great punts. 12 men on the field. That position needs to change, IMO.
miamibillsnut
I am not defending him in any way, but through 8 weeks last year, this same hasnt got a clue coach, had the bills offense humming to a top 5 rating. What happened? Did he forget how to coach? Did teams figure him out and he was incapable of an adjustment? Or is there more to this than just he sucks. BTW, Through 4 games this year, he also had them scoring a gazillion points of game. Is this going to be a Zack Moss thing, where he goes elsewhere and becomes an offensive guru. 1 Quote Sin is nothing to celebrate, have pride in, or hold parades for. Nuke
I’m glad Dorsey is gone, but, look at the biggest problems the last couple years. The collapse vs Houston, 13 seconds, 12 men on the field those aren’t on Dorsey 2 Quote Ed Oliver is my adopt-a-Bill
toto8
I still want a new OC, one that has more experience. The firs time OC projects are usually a pain for 1 year or 2.
Baldat28
Maybe it gets through to the player that they need to get their shit together, maybe they do put it all together and Brady unlike Dorsey won't be afraid to get on Allen. I mean Allen did help get Dorsey the job. All that could lead to them winning enough games for McDermott to save his job, which is what this is all about for him. Zac Robinson, Rams QB Coach - Zac Robinson is in his fifth season with the Los Angeles Rams in 2023, his second as the quarterbacks coach and pass game coordinator. I don't know if he is ready though. Do we need someone older to mentor Josh? Darrell Bevell, Dolphins QB Coach - he has a ton of experience. Both as an OC and a QB's coach. Pat Shurmur - currently co-Offensive Coordinator at Colorado. Lot of experience. Garrett Riley - current OC at Clemson. Brother of Lincoln Riley. Very young, but has had some success. He went to TCU as their OC in 2022 and he transformed the unit into the nation’s ninth-ranked scoring offense at 38.8 points per game. The explosive group led the FBS with 22 plays from scrimmage of 50 yards or more. Phil Longo - current OC at Wisconsin. He believes in an air raid offense...with a balance between pass and run. We should do a quality search, dangling having Josh Allen as the center piece of the offense. You would think that would get the attention of several folks. But we don't know who Sean McDermott likes and doesn't like.
