SpikedLemonade
This is going to sound like Sean and Shiva, however for the two past off-seasons I argued that the Bills should fire Sean McDermott and hire Sean Payton. Payton would NOT have come cheap. I figured a 5 year $50M contract would do the trick if Terry Pegula was focused on winning football. The Saints were still paying Payton so we may have had to flip them a late round draft pick as well. I appreciate it was an impossible dream since the dumbass Pegulas hired Sean McDermott themselves before he then hired the General Manager Brandon Beane. Thus, it would have to be the Pegulas to do the firing themselves and there is a possibility that Beane would have been casual damage. Can't do that if you aspire to be the ever so successful Carolina Panthers. So who would you rather be the Head Coach of our beloved Buffalo Bills? 1 Quote Do Your Part to Improve The Range -- Please put the TRIO OF TRUMP FLUFFERSTM on IGNORE

Can you get your team past the first week of January? 2. Can you get your team past KC, Cincy, or any of the other teams in a stacked AFC? 3. Can you get your team to a Superbowl? 4. Can you do what no other coach since Lou Saban has done and deliver a championship? So if he wants to be GM and Coach? Baldat28
Not that he'd come to Buffalo, but after the season, I'd offer a 1st for Mcvay. I don't see him leaving the West Coast or even coaching after this season but it'd be worth a shot to try and land him if he was willing. Neither, I take McDermott if it was gun to my head, only because I can see them possibly canning him at seasons end where I think they'd be stuck with Payton long term
SpikedLemonade
Payton sure did a high powered Offence in New Orleans with QB in Brees who many teams thought was shit before becoming a Saint. daryls61
Payton won 1 SB and had Drew Brees. shiva2999
I didn't realize Daryl was related to Sean McDermott. Question... WHO HIRED KEN DORSEY? Who made the decision to hire a guy they fired after 10 games? Doesn't that say something about the guy that gave him the job and then threw him under the bus after less that 2/3 of a season? 2 Quote "The Zarqawi PSYOP program is the most successful information campaign to date." ~ Gen. miamibillsnut
for setting up rushed kicks and defending them, Payton is the obvious winner. 1 1 Quote Sin is nothing to celebrate, have pride in, or hold parades for. Kicks on Monday show the difference. Denver calmly set up field goals with limited time. Bills would have been way less organized and calm. You can point to special teams coaches for both teams. however, the head coach is responsible for his assistant coaches. Dorsey may actually be a problem. If so, what took them so long? Who can we blame for defense folding every final for years? Peyton may not be perfect, but way better than M.
George
Sean Payton is Phycotic and shouldn't be coaching in the NFL He mumbles, blocks out conversation, paces, and he can not shut the hell up during games. One day they will cart him away right to the loony bin. His brain is toast.
