Everyone Hates the Bills

Hip, I'm guessing you may not have watched all of Washington's game last week?  They beat Sean Payton whom some here wanted to trade a 1st rd pick(Kincaid) and whatever the other picks would have been.  He's 0-2, having a similar start to what NH had there last season.  

Washington is 2-0.....they beat 2 NFL teams.  That's one less than Houston beat all last season, when they took KC to OT(KC also needed an epic comeback with 3 chances at a 2 pt conversion at the end of regulation just to make it to OT with TEN, when they had the replacement QB  before the astrophysicist replaced him and did better.   Whatever Denver's record was last season, I seem to recall both of their games vs KC were within a score.

Point being @DannyBoy might possibly end up being too conservative with that prediction, but it's certainly not something I would bet on.

For what it's worth, for the 3rd week in a row, Sean Payton's team plays opponent of the following week.  The Fins are 6 pt home favorites vs them.  The Bills are 6 pt road favorites vs the 2-0 Rivera/Bienemy(some teams can benefit from a hardass, from the article I posted this week it's clear the Bills appreciated Coach showing them mercy).

Recall DET last season....  I think they would have 9 wins in a row if not for the loss to the Bills.   I think with at least some people, WAS's pre-season likelihood of finishing last in their division might unconsciously influenced perceptions of them, with the additional logical suspects like recent past performance.

I mean don't remind Sean of JAX.....whom he was SO giddy somebody else finally lost to, that he(and apparently everyone else on here) did not notice if GOAT Justin Tucker's kick(I think 1 yd longer than career high) hadn't seemed to hit an invisible wall.... "12" seconds would have replaced 13 less than 1 season later.

Oddly(this crap happens so often now, that I don't at the moment recall who it was), but I am fairly certain someone actually TIED the 13 seconds. 

I've noticed something different here this season, which makes me hopeful.  I'm ok saying I might not have been correct about Josh being more like "Wild Horses", than wanting to be a "Beast of Burden".

 

@seandelevan, I'm hoping you'll still go and enjoy yourself.  I recall thinking I'd never enjoy a concert on my own, but I think I eventually preferred it.  I'll even bite my lip on question until at least after the game.  Go Sean!(to a lesser extent go HK/DB, "and all the rest"(G.Island), go Bills!

Nope…not going. Dude bailed out on me and I’m not going to drive thru a fucking hurricane. I got FUCKED. 500 bucks shoved up my ass. Unfuckingbelievable.

I hear you, and do not wish to seem argumentative, but want to offer you the chance to realize you would have still had to drive through the alleged hurricane(or if the friend was doing 100% of the driving, at least ride through it).   Now I've been there(and I don't mean just the stadium(RFK at the time, not even for football but due to the humanitarian efforts of Adam Yauch[pbuh] and all of the other popular bands he recruited to help.

Sean, the band live who had a hit named "Lightening Crashes" was slated to play Day 1 if I recall correctly, but because I thought during Herbie Hancock it might be a good time to take a leak, I literally WITNESSED lightening crash in the stande and think I said someone is likely dead(someone indeed was hit, but survived!!!!    Reminds me, the ONE team far more cursed that TCOTDs?  San Diego, unsure of the year, but it made me feel a bit better for my partial endorsement last season).   That curse did involve....holy shit I will post the video.  You will likelly enjoy their misery!!

Sean, I get maybe you don't want to be white knuckling it like I have on interstates(for example, one time driving past Buffalo while the entire city was shut down for a blizzard), it's a sucky feeling knowing you have a reasonably higher chance of not making your destination......but in all honesty, if you truly think the Bills will bring you decades of additional misery and that Nick Wrong is right about the window being closed, wouldn't it seem  BOTH logical and poetic to have the Bills in partnership with the storm and the NFL and maybe even local news and then the NFL who could use your sad sack story as the counterbalance(maybe even make a video game rendition, like TFM also devoid of blood).....maybe you could be this season's Pancho Billa, Damar Hamlin, guy who died in shallow water for The Ralph(can their be only one?).

Seriously, both the logic of the left brain, and the poetry of the right.  Else, whilst you still may face struggles unfamiliar to those with "rich people problems", you live you will STILL have something to bitch about, maybe even an epic story!!  Imagine if the Bills do some legendary play/score that you would have missed....AND you still had even more of a reason to bitch that the folks with their "rich peoples' problems"(tributing your old favorite line!!) have not experienced in a long time....if ever.    Imagine perfect game 2.0 and still having a reason to rage(and far more justified for a change?!??!?!)........or dying, at the hands of the Bills and the Redskins fans taking revenge for your settlements and destruction of the HERD for mere SPORT(your future if  the critical mass in your society doesn't reach the level of awareness some on here have intimated they fear more than anything out of you morons lol).    Maybe I can get  @HipKat to perform at your celebration of life death...something like that Misfits song Metallica re-did.....die die die my Eeyore

I suppose I coulddd have summarized my admonishment to @HipKat "if the Bills kick ass it will because they kick ass, and generally  not solely because someone sucks and you can just expect it", but here or elsewhere I recently saw someone ripped for making a statement without even trying to offer evidence. and the reaction was predictably amusing.

 

Before last season I said something along the lines that the only football team that could beat them on the field was themselves, and I saw others say it later, and saw someone say it again this year.   I'm willing to be a bit humble and say my statementt and not limited to injury, did not address things I've not yet seen considered.  But just because most are not aware of them, does not make them less real.

 

Was the Wachowski brothers' sisters' greatest kraft in having the opposite outcome of Plato's allegory of the cave, and conditioning folks to think awareness/enlightenment is painful rather than pleasant?  Similar to the chick (same last name as oligarch, coincidentally of course) Method Lady **** did naked in ice, with the very different frequency produced than the ॐ???  If so, a direct example of how Adam Yauch(MCA), despite also being part of the Big Club C*rlin rubbed in your face, was not of the same nature.

That storm is already past there! It got stuck right on top of us for a day and a half. Wasn’t a abad storm, just really came out of nowhere 🤯🤣🤦‍♂️.

If I had to do it all over again I would have left Friday after work. But my buddy couldn’t. Traveling Saturday was out of the question as we would have been driving along with the storm north to DC. I thought leaving at the crack of dawn today but I would have been by myself driving to an area I’ve never been to and then turn around and drive back all in one day. Fuck that.

I think during the game in shoubox, or maybe somewhere else recently,  somebody was talking about JA17's genitals.  Unsure why, but I reminded them Mia is the team were  Josh was fondled in a pile. 

 

I think in their last game Josh was pushing him....clearly does not like Wilkins.  lol
