Just wondering everyones thoughts on who this organization could bring in right now to save this team. Its obvious Mr Predictable can not get this team moving in the right direction with the current talent on this roster. I also believe that Dorsey and Allen are too Buddy Buddy to actually work together and be successful jmo....

i dont think he's predictable.  I think he's in over his head.  He started off well last year but teams have adjusted and he cant readjust.  He doesnt call plays based on the defense he's facing.  That slow running play we ran 3 times Monday is an indication of that.   You cant run that against a D that is lightning fast.  By the time Josh to to Cook there was 2 defenders right next to him.

Sin is nothing to celebrate, have pride in, or hold parades for. The rainbow is a symbol of promise not a symbol of depravity.

Has to be Joe Brady. Already in house and he was the reason Joe burrow became a star at LSU. Also has HC experience in the NFL.

This.

They are not going to bring anyone from outside unless Dabol is fired by NY (not gonna happen). So it has to be someone already on the payroll. Brady is the most obvious option. But we would have to go on the suck tour for about 3 or 4 straight games for that to happen. Its a longshot right now.

The OC is not the issue.

You guys are nuts. Dorsey had a working game plan. While Josh was throwing picks into triple coverage and smashing his head against a brick wall for 1 extra yard there were guys WIDE OPEN he completely missed.

Dorsey had a great plan going into week 1 last year too, and then nothing after that

Actually Bills were pretty good up to the KC game winning and than after the bi week they became a different team...sure they won some games but it was mostly ugly wins compared to the 1st part of the season

Dorsey is not dumb.  He is talented and has a college national championship with Miami under his belt and a few years in the pros to backup and observe.  Allen had a clear lane to pass to Diggs on this one but he was dialed in to the right.  Part of the problem is, that still shot doesn't show how little time Allen had to check off.

Won't happen till end of the year, and while it may not necessarily be Dorsey, I do believe that part of his job is to talk Allen down, calm him down, something Dabol did extremely well. So if Allen doesn't turn it around it very well could be on Dorsey. I would hope to see the Giants fall completely on their face and fire Dabol but I don't think that'll happen. Whoever it would be couldn't be afraid to get on Allen.

Dorsey was his QB Coach so yeah, it damn sure IS his job to do

I agree. It is however the OCs job to make the qb execute the plan and  think straight.

Sure but also where's the QB coach in all this?

Now that you mentioned it, Dorsey was Josh's Qb coach so he should be able to get in his head like Daboll was able to settle him down at times.

Not saying Dorsey isnt capable, just making an observation Josh had been making bonehead decisions since Dorsey took over.

Based on what I've heard, Dorey and Brady had big play mentality OC's. Even though Dorsey called for sort yard plays vs jets , Josh just isnt buying into it like he did with Daboll.  Maybe its a matter of repetition but Josh was dinking well in Dabolls last 2 years here. Maybe he's trying to get adjusted to the 12 personel. Too bad the guy who was instrumental  in the Hernandez/Gronk success in NE  is with the Giants.

Then it had to be a fix.. very well done. Has us all blaming stuff. Money was on Aaron to win, something had to be done...and we have to pay that cb who won't play.

My wish list:

  • An OT with quality linemen
  • Then work on an OC
