Because his NEW OC, whose JOB it is to COACH his QB is a fucking failure. We saw it last year I'm sure I'm not the only who expected this to be the same this year. It's Dorsey's JOB to coach his offense to NOT be afraid of a defense that the media is blowing up. Allen and the Bills played scared. Although I thought the line held up well, until the wheels fell off in the 3rd Quarter Of course how can he get anyone to buy into his game planning when his play calling is shit? 2 Quote “There he goes. Chris Broussard had a take a couple weeks ago saying these two dudes have horrible leadership skills. Of course, it’s on McDermott. Miami has the worst fucking coach in football, but he knows how to do one thing and that convinces players that they can beat anybody. They go into a game with momentum before they even kick off. And if you look at some of the best young teams, like the 49ers, a head coach that knows how to motivate his players. Sean McDermott is not a motivator. At my job, I manage the youngest office in our company out of 10 offices. I have 13 guys and 10 of them have been here less than five months and over the last few months we have consistently been at the top of the office rankings. Right now we are the number one office in the company. Not because my guys have some extraordinary skills but because I know how to motivate them. I know how to get them to buy into my vision for this office. Anybody who’s ever been any kind of a leader knows that if you can’t get your guys to buy into what you’re doing, then you fail. Trust the process was great four years ago, five years ago. Now this team has the process. 2 Quote “There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. We can all place blame on Dorsey, but why? The blame needs to start at the top with McDermott who has built this team around his personality. Ultimately he's the one responsible for who is on his coaching staff.

Bean does. Also HCSM was seen visibly upset at JA17 and telling him to be smart. I have been saying for a while now that JA17 is the problem. Hopefully people understand that now. The offseason of Sean is an epic fail because the issue wasn't weapons, it was the QB. 1 Quote The Things that unite us are far greater than the things that divide us. "Are you a Jedi?" theAteam
Their game plan was working. They were moving the ball with dinks and dunks well enough against the best defense in the league. Allen had over 70% completions. But that wasn’t enough for him, he wanted to deliver the kill shot and went off-script and the team paid dearly for it. There are times to be the hero and you can live and die with that decision. But last night wasn’t the time. That defense is too good and will punish you (as we saw), the margin for error was too small. That was a game where you take what’s given, exercise patience, and win a boring game by kicking more field goals than they did. Once Rodgers went down they were handed the game on a platter and Allen decided he had to be the hero when the boring dink and dunk wasn’t getting results fast enough. Then the coaches also share some blame because apparently no one told him to cut that shit out after the first because he kept doing it.
Popular Post miamibillsnut
there is not one problem. there are a host of problems. . Every single person listed on this thread is part of it. Allen Mcdermott Dorsey Beane. and sorry Daryls, please stop with the offseason of Sean. This team did nothing in the offseason they should have. Lateral moves. McKenzie - Hardy, Beasley - Sherfeld, Crap offensive line to a crap offensive line especially the disaster that is Spencer Brown. Dorsey still here with head scratching calls at the worst times, McDermott still here being ultra conservative. Josh still not smart. Beane still wasting resources on defense instead of acquiring upgrades at oline and getting Diggs a running mate. 3 2 Quote Sin is nothing to celebrate, have pride in, or hold parades for.
