OR maybe, just maybe, bin Laden ALWAYS was an American CIA operative and disappeared after 9/11 back to the Bin Laden fortress to live out the rest of his life knowing he protected the family from the CIA and the Saudi monarchy.

Like I said, you're a fucking moron

NOW I get it.

I knew you were in someone's pocket, it just seemed too easy for it to be Russia's.

But the fact that you can't even say WHICH royal family made me realize: you've always been the Saudis' bitch.

It was in our faces all along.  Who benefits the most when someone takes up all the air in the room antagonizing everybody else with 9/11 conspiracism?

The real perpetrators, of course.

Saudi Arabia has the most corrupt, demonically evil government in the world.  And for 22 years your posts have been entirely to their benefit.

Sigh, first, no shit it was after 9/11 and the Intel was that The Taliban was protecting him - IN Afghanistan. Which makes sense since he fought for Afghanistan and lived there prior to 9/11

The Bush Administration CLAIMED the intel was that The Taliban was protecting him, but there's no reason to believe their claims re: the Middle East.  They're PROVEN liars on that front.

That is only a pertinent question if Osama bin Laden MUST NECESSARILY have been personally training new recruits.

Or overseeing it in person like most leaders.

If he fought for the Afghans, and his organization was based and trained in Afghanistan, would it not make logical sense that might live in, ummmm Afghanistan?

If we found him in Pakistan then no, in hindsight we know that wouldn't make sense.

9/11 was in 2001.

bin Laden was killed in 2011 after the US had been hunting him for 10 years. I guess it's stupid to assume in 10 years he might have fucking relocated to a country that would help to hide him

I think it's much more logical to assume he anticipated that the US would believe he could be found in Afghanistan and got out before we invaded than it is to assume he got out while we were hunting him.

If you don't believe we found him in Pakistan then you have no valid justification for believing Hip is wrong about him being in Afghanistan.

Huh?

You'll have to explain this one cuz this makes zero sense to me

My disagreement with Hip is predicated on the fact that we found bin Laden in Pakistan.

But if you don't believe that's true then you're not pointing to any sort of empirical evidence to support your insistence that he wasn't in Afghanistan.

Based on the narrative you've presented it's just as possible that he's always been in Afghanistan and the entire "hunt" was a work.  You have no justification for ruling that out, meaning you have no justification for calling Hip stupid for believing he was in Afghanistan.

There is ZERO EVIDENCE OF ANY KIND that bin Laden was in Afghanistan in 2003 or in that shithole in Pakistan a few years later.

ZERO. NADA. BUPKIS.

Look, you guys are gonna believe what you want to believe, but please don't pretend you have a rational reason for believing either dog and pony show.

The burden of proof lies on the shoulders of those making the assertion, you know that.

The assertions are Bin Laden was in Afghanistan in 2002 and in Pakistan in 2011.

It's up to you to tell us WHY we should believe it.

Just because you're supposedly the good guys?

It is to laugh...

Only a fool would discount a plausible possibility, right?

Who gets to decide what's plausible or not?

You made the assertion. You cannot back it up IN ANY WAY other than the word of American government officials.

And why should ANYONE believe them?

Because of your reputation for honesty and fair play?

Because there's' no such thing as intel, interrogation or the fact almost ALL of his generals were in Afghanistan. Or do you think Military interrogators don't know how to do their jobs?
