Yeah, who needs to be a slave? When we can live in a one room tenement, and collect disability like you

Look, you miss the point entirely and just come up with simple black and white thinking.

You can't deny that what I say is by and large true

Won't be the first time, or the last, when you completely miss the point, namely that I save the hard work for the stuff I enjoy doing.  Also, by completely organic gardening I reduce -at least to a degree- my reliance on big, and - as you righlty point out - exploitative agriculture.  Other than pelleted lime, it has done wonders to reduce blossom end rot and has dramatically increased yields by nurturing very poor clay soil, and neem oil my garden is completely organic.  So lets see, In terms of produce I grow my own which reduces the exploitation of others. Can you say that? I weed, till, seed, harvest, and fertilize my own stuff with a minimum of chemicals so I reduce my carbon footprint, can you say that? I have left food baskets for poor people in my community that have included pasta sauce made entirely of stuff from my garden as well as salsa, also made entirely from my garden, and tomatoes and squash, onions, carrots, peppers etc all from my garden.  Can you say that you paternalistic patronising shit lib bastard? Or are you just one of those oh so typical ingrates that says I am against something, say Sudexo's exploitative agriculture practices, to the point where they man an info table somewhere to virtue signal near and far how much they care about that issue only to then go for lunch at a restaurant owned by the very people they are allegedly against?

See that.. Avoidance and deflection.

No substance.

And yet, still no denial of what I said

Why is whether or not he lives on disability any sort of issue?

You know, to be honest, I really don’t remember when or why I started using that against him.

It's called a knee-jerk reaction.

Generally to be avoided if you want to be thought of as a smart guy.

He's sort of right on this one, actually.

"You live on disability" as a response to what TWD says is a logical fallacy known as 'ad hominem'.

A lot of people erroneously describe ad hominems as "personal attacks" but that's not exactly correct.  An ad hominem fallacy is when you attack an irrelevant characteristic of the entity making an argument rather than the substance of their argument.

TWD isn't wrong because he's on disability.  Obviously you know this.

That said, I can understand the impulse to use ad homs since he's so divorced from logic that using it to argue against him is never going to prove fruitful anyway.  I'd simply caution against using being on disability as your go-to ad hom since there's nothing about TWD that would describe your stereotypical disability recipient.

Nothing weird about being absolutely correct about the function of the world.

And suppose I was on disability? What the fuck difference would that make and why would you be dumb enough to insult someone over that?

Such ignorance abounds here.

You exist outside of this board, do you not?

If the attitude you express here isn't the same attitude you express in the rest of your life, then why the fuck would you do it here?

Several reasons. One it almost never comes up in the rest of my life. Two, when it does come up in the rest of my life, it’s typically people who agree with me. And three, those rare time is, it does come up, it’s a very casual 30 second conversation.

For example; “what is the deal with all these kids claiming to be trans? It’s a social trend that’s out of control “

So here’s the best part. Nobody was harmed in that conversation. Except for your wittow fee-fee’s from reading what I just wrote

It doesn't.  You are a person who exists in and affects society around you.

You do so negatively when you exist as someone who believes disabled people are a burden to the rest of us.

I never said anything about disabled people or them being a burden.

Matter of fact I posted on here about how that conversation I had with the Crimean woman included a talk about how it's only our culture that disposes of it's elderly and how other cultures are bound to care for theirs.
