mixum
I remember getting roasted when I said he sucked last summer! He’s playing special teams now! I think you gotta trade this guy asap. Get something that helps. Good lord we wasted a first on a guy who would be cut if he wasn’t a first round pick. Let’s call Beane a genius some more. 1 Quote "Buffalo is hard to play but not hard to beat"

Yes, he appears to be the 4th CB. But you always need good backup corners. Trading him wouldn't net enough value, IMO. Other teams can see he is boundary line starter (if you don't have good corners). What is that worth? A 4th? No thanks.
StraightJ
MusT bE NIcE to have a 4th CB who the staff changed their rotation and rolled with in the playoffs last season! (my impression of seand there :)). Also, during the Miami game during crunch time, it was his turn to be off the field and they left him in. I too called it last season that despite their many adversities, the Bills were still using some gamesmanship and that it would be proven later. It was. Anyone who wants to hit the bottle or their prozac can feel free. The weekend he was drafted I reviewed enough on him(I am no CL, or JS....and I'd imagine SD may have watched him the most), but said he seemed like a potentially high ceiling guy who was the least NFL ready of the bug names. So throw out the 3 years for evaluating a draft class, and not even wait until after game 1 of season 2? Again, he played in the playoffs and stayed in vs Miami to guard All World Hill on the final plays. He made a clean breakup in doing so, and I deem to recall he almost picked that pass off. @Crazy Joe DavolaI, I took a peek on here awhile back and one of the most encouraging posts(other than @seandelevan rightly standing up to @daryls61 after being lambasted for agreeing with him[lol], and also Daryls' reply for acknowledging such) was yours when it looked like your surprisingly were back on board and replied to someone that you were going to act logically and enjoy your team. Kudos, and I hope the recent posts I've read don't mean you've changed your mind. The main thing I might be concerned with, is in opposition to all of the rest of HCSM's tenure, The Curse Of the daryls does not appear as if it has subsided, in my observation. Others may disagree. FWIW, like late last season, I have again(this time conditionally, due to extremely odd illogical behavior by 3 OC's in 2 seasons toward 1 player) rescinded my addendum to the curse of OBD's extremely unethical / un-American (let alone for men who attach themselves as representatives of a particular faith). TL;DR version for HK, et al(literally falling asleep myself lol,, was up all night working on computer to make sure I could watch game): "Must be nice when your #4 CB is the one who started(and IIRC played all of) the playoff games, and stayed on the field when it was his turn to come off vs MIA for the crescendo, lining up in man vs Tyreek bleeping Hill, nearly picking off the clean breakup to seal the game. I won't say for certain HCSM is using gamesmanship again, but doing so is not necessarily illogical if he understands the point int he process Elam is at. (and TCOTD, mentioned right above this(. 1 Quote Andy did you hear about this one?-REM . "I don't think I'm easy to talk about. I've got a very irregular head. StraightJ
lol I can imagine if different tasks get assigned for each team's boards to systemically, methodically troll them, with seemingly little emotion. I can imagine the 9ers(my favorite cousin growing up was a big 9ers fan) board version: Yeah, we are number 4 odds to win the Super Bowl, behind only the 2 participants from last season, and a whisker behind the mighty Bills.....(ahead of the Bengals and Boys, then Jets)....but if not for our luck making "Mr Irrelevant" play like he has a HOF ceiling, we would suck. Clean out the management. Send some hookers to MIA to offer handjobs and try to get the management caught in a sex trafficking sting, and then maybe we can convince them to compensate some of those first round picks for what ended up being a crappy deal. Heck, if a bllionaire NFL owner who helps direct policy here, and has received the nation's highest honor from a non-puppet leader can manage to get himself caught doing such, why not MM who appears to want to keep quiet about his momr's side? Note: to include both Bills' owners(I'm leaving Kim alone), Terry was however many months removed from(I think the donation of a pool) before scandal broke at Penn State(I know, probably just am unfortunate coincidence like the above and other Bills stuff, and just wanted to be honest about the information I quickly noticed when asking the internet a simple question when I became concerned for DCLF's NFL well-being when he called out the owners, something I will not do with any vigor(don't even name the division rival who recieved the same prestigious honor the year after Natalie Portman(not to be confused with Natalie Porkman) courageously turned down the award due to the gross crimes against humanity in that country against the indigenous people, whom I've had a record of speaking up for pretty much anywhere....even root for guys like Max Holloway who isn\t going to stay mum about his mum, unlike MM above. Max is fresh off of Korean Zombie, BTW. However, when reading JTA a few days ago about how someone of similar ilk, Ron Howard portrayed Max Baer(the FATHER OF JETHRO whom I seem to remember some on here were apparently big fans of and kept mentioning), I saw a new article about the only UFC fighter from (), and can no longer support him after he used violence to beat one of you *****(yes ICR2, this time I meant it! lol) into joining one of the death cults of ignorance most here blindly keep their disempowering memberships too, and mock any of us who stick out necks out for them. Apparently, guys named Fuentes are the props used for symbolize the whites of you, amd like proud bois, this one(though not openly like them) is allegedly a gay ***(yes ICR2 lol). Oddly, the gay capitol of the world is not a *** capitol. What are the odds?(seriously, number of *** nations vs the only (official) non-*** one? https://www.jta.org/2023/08/18/sports/israeli-ufc-fighter-natan-levy-beats-up-online-troll-who-supports-holocaust-denier-nick-fuentes Did not read that article nor watch some guy(if a photo I saw was really of him.....with the clownish curly hair, and sounding so ignorant, and doing the opposite of William Wallace (Mel Gibson) at the end of Braveheart, I would give odds of greater than zero that this was contrived. I cannot fucking stand McDermott or Beane - go take a look at maybe 1/2 of my posts in this forum... That aside - they did not stumble upon him because he was the pick of the litter in their eyes. From what I remember -- and anyone who reads this post has my blessing to bust my balls if I have it wrong -- the Bills were the only FO to follow up with JA17 and WTF him after the twitter stuff came out right before draft day. They absolutely get credit for that. They got it right, but at the time they had no idea how much potential he had. JA17 and Jordan Palmer get the credit for JA17 becoming the premier QB in the NFL. NOT DABOLL. 1

I said this BEFORE they drafted him. I already knew what McDermott was about. Before that draft he was the guy who said you can win in the NFL by scoring 21 points. This is the guy who, once they got a lead, would just sit on the ball and try to milk clock. This is the guy that in 2017 we watched MULTIPLE boring, watching paint dry type games with scores like 16-10….with that playoff game as the chefs kiss. This is the guy that turned Tyrod Taylor into a god damned check down machine. So right up until that draft I was saying it on here…they just want a guy to be like Ryan Tannehill or Alex Smith. But with a big arm due to the shit weather. They fucking admitted they had no idea of his scrambling ability. They just wanted him to manage the game and make a big throw once in an awhile. This is like a dude who inherits a fucking yacht but has zero idea what to do with it. My blood boils just thinking about this.

Sucked In Again
1 hour ago, seandelevan said: And could have had Mahomes instead… Time to get over this and let it die. Bottom line is JA17 is a solid top 5 qb that 95% of the league would love to trade starting qb's with us. As the starting qb goes so does the team, and Allen is the only/main reason the Bills have had the recent success they have. Hopefully Beane addresses backup qb before the season starts to give them a realistic chance of winning if Allen would go down for a number of games, Let's say 17 goes down for one month, a quality backup would more than likely be the difference between making the playoffs or going home.
Baldat28
They don't like the way he practices lmao, in the games I've seen him play, he's been one of the better CBs on the team, but but he doesn't practice well.....well, if practicing well was the be all end all, Nathan Peterman would've been an all pro Also we didn't just use a 1st we also traded a 4th to move up to get him....think about how poorly they've drafted outside of Allen, the best pick has been Dane Jackson
