Oh they got better, I question where they got worse, they added two Lineman, one of which is already showing he's better than the one they had last year, the other can't be any worse than Saffold. They added Hardy, who's a better version of McKenzie, Sherfield, who at this stage should be better than Beasley. Oh and Kincaid, who's been looking real good. On defense they'll have Miller and Hyde back, they added Rapp, who I would've been fine having as a replacement for Poyer, but he's back too, they added Ford and Floyd to the D-line, so the only spot they didn't get better at is MLB.....which, I think they may explore who's out there before the season

As much as we all might criticize some of Beane's moves, as you point out, we improved at several positions.

And while we wish we had Joe Thomas and Trent Williams as our OTs, we did add better talent to the interior Oline than what we had.
Conor McGovern, David Edwards and O'Cyrus Torrence in the interior are better than Saffold by a lot.

Just listened to that segment....Broussard really nails it to what most Bills fans frustrations are especially with lack of leadership with what appears to be with the coaching staff....Another disgusting playoff exit should make mcclappy's feet very very hot....

They also got better by not having starters injured for 1/2 the games.  Injuries happen, but they really happened last season.  I look at the returns of key injured players as big as free agent signings (assuming they stay healthy and play all games this season)

Yet, they were 13-3 and 8 points from an undefeated season. Had a game displaced by a blizzard and a player almost die on the field. HCSM oozes leadership and his players k own this as well.

Sean, come on. If anything McDermott is responsible. Whenever this team has a major fuckup, regular fuckup, or they just do something stupid to lose a game or keep the opposition in it, he's always the first to own it and say "that's something we're going to have to learn from"

Here's the thing, yes McDermott does have his head scratching moments, but the Bill's have been more fun to watch since he and Beane have been here. I'd like to see them win a Super Bowl, but If they don't win one, I'll still take this as opposed to the crap we witnessed before there arrival.

Coaches today, especially the younger ones, are so much smarter and savvy when it comes to todays football. The Bills were fucking obsessed with hiring fucking dinosaurs that the game has past by. McDermott is no dinosaur by any means but my god he has some archaic qualities that’s for sure. 
 

But do the Pegulas know what the fuck they are doing? There are plenty of worthy candidates to replace McDemrott but I can’t trust these fucks. I could see them hiring Dick LaBeau!
