What I learned:

1. MCD's process is NOT working.

2. All week we hear about fights at practice...and the whole team shits the bed in live action.

3. We need a MLB

4.  0 fucking run game.

5. Little to no pressure on the QB

6. Oline shitty as ever

7.  Mcd has them playing like entitled pussies.

8. Window closing in 5...4....3...2...1

9. Dorsey had better figure it the fuck out.

10.  The team in  general it seems just doesn't want it.  They stopped playing for Mcd....

As a fan, this fucking kills me!

About sums it up!

I think number 7 is very understated. That should be #1. Read the press clippings since 13 seconds. We're Super bowl champions in waiting. It's not a matter of if, it's only a matter of when.

Your not the only one, from the moment they decided to not finish the game I knew it was a problem and as far as I am concerned that is why Diggs was fucking pissed off and most likely still is to this day.   McDermott should have stood on the nearest table that day, gathered that damn team together and made it clear that they where going to finish the game because it is the right thing to do, the season means to much to quit and to sacrifice all the hard work everyone put in.  You can still have compassion for the situation that occurred on the field without sacrificing the season and or focus of the team.   That is what a coach's job is, when shit gets tough stand up and lead,  a lot of players are young and need and adult in the room to take the bull by the horns and guide.   McDermott is a decent guy but he is missing something and I think a lot of players are not where they need to be mentally. there is too much focus on external issues whether its social issues or trying to create a family atmosphere for the players, a lot of things that don't actually focus on improving the play on the field.   Players come and go to often now days to try and build a family atmosphere.   Get the damn players ready to play and quite the fluff shit.

Well said.

Like I said…look at the body language from both teams last night. One looked like they were out to have fun in a meaningless game and the other looked wound up like they had a stick up their asses like it was the Super Bowl or something.

I can almost guarantee Diggs is pissed about what happened in Cincy and at home vs Cincy and it has carried over.

Team looks like it’s walking on egg shells.

This is what Mike Florio was talking about when he said he’d blow this whole team up. Keep Allen and a couple other guys and get Ben Johnson in here.

Something feels off, like it's the same team year after year with the same plan, only thing different is they insert a handful of new players in the mix but usually don't incorporate them into the actual game plan very well.

Glad I’m not the only one also feels this. Shit, even my wife noticed it. She watches from time to time but she felt something has been off.

I think there’s needs to be a new voice in the room. Having the same boss drone on about empty promises leads to complacency. They looked fucking complacent last night, Cincy playoff game, Miami playoff game, and the Patriot game. Just going through the motions.

Right now the Bills are on track to getting fucking blown out week one….and maybe that’s what they need….

I'd send a message to the starters by having them play 1 half this week coming and better fucking produce...

If the Pats and Bill do part ways, then I offer him a blank check if I am Terry P. 9 Super Bowl appearances and 6 championships with an elite level franchise QB. You want the Bills to get over the hump and win a Super Bowl then Bill is the guy.

13 Seconds was too big of a coaching fuck-up to recover from. Remember that Seattle team from a decade ago that was destined to be a dynasty, then they stupidly blew the New England Super Bowl and self-combusted over the next coupke of years? Exact same dynamic.

"I don't know about the team. I don't know about anybody really but me. It doesn't wear off fast. I like the feeling of winning. I think you should enjoy it. I tell them they should enjoy it. It's really hard to win a game in this league. And we put a lot of effort to winning them and if you don't enjoy it, I'm not certain why you do it. Hopefully they will take some time. Once we get back on Wednesday the feeling still won't. Hopefully it'll last through the whole week. But we'll quit thinking about it a lot. But it's a much different feeling around the building, around the team when you win than when you lose. And it carries you through a week."
