drpepper
The official story out of Buffalo in late February was that defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier was taking a year off from coaching. The unofficial story always seemed to be that he got a belated nudge from the Bills, as the unofficial scapegoat for the team’s failure to live up to sky-high expectations in 2022. Thebowflexbody
Frazier is a lot more than a scapegoat and he will not be missed. If that statement makes me a "racist", then so be it. I don't even listen to b.s. like that anymore. LOL

Victor7
As many of us pointed out back when this happened Mr. Frazier never "voluntarily" stepped back. He was fired. Bills for whatever reason didn't wanna say it in those words. Good riddance. 1 1 Quote Bills fan for life!! ................ Dragon
I'm of the opinion that Frazier was fired, but they wanted to allow him to "step away" to keep his dignity and potentially find another job in the future. Truthfully though, I think they should've done it the same way Jack Nicholson fired James Spader in Wolf.

McDermott should've been put on alert since 13 seconds. Last year's fiasco should've made his seat hotter too. But he appears to be made of Teflon to the Pegula's I get it. He broke the curse. We have been perennial contenders under his watch. But still. He could also be part of why we can't get over the final hump (in fact I think he is) 2 1 Quote Bills fan for life!! ................ He could also be part of why we can't get over the final hump (in fact I think he is) Not only the Bengals disaster but even in the win against Miami. They barely beat a team who was playing a scub at QB. If they fail again this year, then I would hope Terry looks to make a change. How many of Allen's prime years are we going to waste. 2
