mixum
Problem is…. they have to free up more money number 1. And then they may have to convince Davis he’s the 3 going into a contract year. I mean that’s a lot of guys to throw to. I also think Bills players and fans want him more than front office. It’s insane they couldn’t even get a late round draft pick. Just saying I think it’s real 50/50 Quote "Buffalo is hard to play but not hard to beat"

CookieG
1 Bills The Buffalo Bills are ready to contend for Super Bowls right now. They have been one of the NFL's most dominant teams across the last three regular seasons, leading the league in points per game (29.4) and points allowed per game (19.4) in that span. They could use another receiver after Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis since their current plan is to have rookie tight Dalton Kincaid act as their slot receiver. The Bills employ Hopkins' top choice to play with at QB in Josh Allen, too. If Hopkins is willing to agree to a smaller deal to fit under the salary cap, Buffalo makes the most sense. Crazy Legs
The problem is Cap. Could the Bills kick Cap into the future in order to sign D Hopkins this year? Using some creativity, yes. But what are you doing to your 2024 Cap? Or 2025 Cap? Von Miller's cap is $23.5 million in 2024. Plus you have Josh's, Dion's, Tre's , etc etc. D Hopkins is not coming here for a one year, veteran minimum deal. He is going to want a good bit of coin. And not just a one year deal. If we don't kill our 2024 and 2025 Cap, it is definitely a deal we want, but the Cap matters.

Yeah let’s draft a shit ton of first and second round DEs….then after they didn’t pan out in a year or two let’s throw God like money at an over the hill often injured superstar…who proceeded to then get fucking hurt. Unless Von turns into the second coming of Bruce Smith and wins the Super Bowl because our defense is gobbling up quarterbacks like hot cakes then this was the biggest waste of money ever. Money that could have gone to D Hop or another stud for Allen… ….bUt wE nEeD tO sAcK mAhOmeS

NFLN's Good Morning Football showed an interview this week elsewhere where Hopkins said his favourite QB is Josh Allen. Did you see that segment? So...if Hopkins wants to come for less than $10M/yr and for a 2 year contract -- WELCOME!!! If he wants $15M+ and 3 or more years -- FUCK OFF!!! (yes, saw DeHopkins loves Josh. Doesn't mean he wants to work for $100 bucks a week though. If I was DHop, I would ask for Odell Beckham money).
