DARK BRANDON AWAITS- BUDGET EDITION

Recommended Posts

So for all the deficit whiners, tell me specifically what it is you would cut to balance the budget?

I personally start with the oil companies and their tens of billions in subsidies and tax breaks.

Than quickly move into the defense budget. Talk about bloated.

So the billions we want to stop giving to other countries now is considered fucking over poor people?

Garbage bills filled with pork and wish list items for Democrats, as well?

What has the Biden regime done for those blacks he was so concerned with during the election? Did he make a deal with BLM to help black communities like he said he would? Did he help HBCU's like Trump? What?! He actually took funding away!

It shouldn't be this easy to turn your arguments to dust with a few sentences

They’ll never get it, and even the “Maga”s that don’t understand, will never give any credence to what we’ve been saying! I literally just argued with my neighbor and good friend about this (him and his buddy that was also there are staunch Trump/MAGA supporters) issue of allotting funds that weren’t available and talking about “balancing a budget” 🤦‍♂️🤤!! They call me a “leftie” 🤔🤣🤦‍♂️! And then the real leftists rear their remedial minds 😏😏....

I saw an article that compared the last 6 presidents and how many times they raised the debt limit.

Going from Trump back to Reagan

1) Trump raised 2 times and suspended it twice in 4 years.
When he started it was $19.9 trillion and when he left it rose to $27 trillion dollars.

2) Obama raised it 7 times in 8 years.
When he started $11.3 trillion and when he left it was $19.9 trillion.

3) George W. Bush raised it 7 times in 8 years.
When he started $5.9 trillion and when he left it was $11.3 trillion

4) Bill Clinton raised it 4 times in 8 years.
When he started $4.1 trillion and left it was $5.9 trillion

5) George H. Bush raised it 7 times in 4 years.
started at $2.8 trillion and when he left $4.1 trillion

**And the winner for the president who raised the debt limit the most!

6) Ronald Reagan who raised it a whopping 18 times in 8 years.
When he started at $935 billion dollars and when he left it was $2.8 trillion.

Interesting, I’ve been right the whole time! This government is an endless black hole that will never stop until it’s either stopped by force or stopped by collapse!

But I thought it was Biden's fault

But I thought it was Trumps fault?! We can play the little games if you’d like 👍

Joe Biden has been in some form of Federal governing position for what, almost 60 years!

Donald Trump was in office as POTUS for 4 years!

Who’s culpability level is far higher than the others? Can you answer that simple question correctly? 🤔

My advice to President Biden: Ignore McCarthy and the MAGA radicals.
Mr. President, your oath to uphold the Constitution takes precedence. And as the supreme law of the land, the Constitution has greater weight than the law on the debt ceiling.
As Senator Warren states below, Section Four of the Fourteenth Amendment says that, “The validity of the public debt of the United States … shall not be questioned.”
A debt ceiling that prevents the government from honoring its existing financial commitments clearly violates the Constitution.
So, if Republicans threaten the full faith and credit of the United States, you are constitutionally obligated to ignore the debt ceiling, and must continue to pay the nation’s bills.
Should they wish, let the radical Republicans take you to court.
Even the conservatives on the Supreme Court will likely support you. No “originalist” interpretation of the Constitution could read that document differently,
The Constitution makes it clear that Congress’s power to borrow money does not include the power to default on such borrowings.
If Republicans are going to play this game, Mr. President, you need to play hard ball.

I never said it was Trump's fault, I said Trump did it twice with not ONE word from Republicans.

So now Trump is encouraging Republicans in the House to default on our debt

Cause after all who better to give advice on the budget than someone whose companies declared bankruptcy like six times.

Nice!

Lets drive the world economy into a recession. That is the Republican plan to try and take power.

Trump’s most enduring legacy could be the historic rise in the national debt

It rose almost $7.8 trillion during his time in the White House — approaching World War II levels, relative to the size of the economy. This time around, it will be much harder to dig ourselves out.

Well it's looking like the plans of the right wingers in the House to default on our debt, crash the economy, drive the world into a recession or worse may be going awry.  It's looking like Biden is getting ready to challenge tradition around who can actually  pass a budget contending Biden by himself  can pass a budget. From what I'm reading it's looking like Joe has a very good case the general consensus being if this goes to courts he wins. Something about the 14th Amendment and how all the nations debts are guaranteed and thus we cannot default.

Republicans should learn to not fk with this guy, he is so out of their league.

So how do the republicans save face here. Is that even possible.

Because of the extremism on the right in the House, compromise is not looking promising. They are not averse to cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

McCarthy's legacy takes another body blow as Biden shows him he doesn't need them after all.

Compromise that !

Scum like you is a huge problem in this country, you collect welfare then sit around all day getting high dreaming of ways to destroy children and their young lives. YOU ARE A CANCER ON SOCIETY!!!

Dems are leaving because of the direction the Biden regime and the other loons on the left have taken due to their TDS

These people went full nuclear on America and it's people because of the Orange man, and it's unraveling for them

You have to ask yourself why they would do this? Why would they risk everything?

It's because he was ending them. But now, all he has to do is simply sit back and watch them destroy themselves.
