seandelevan
Ya know what jumps off the screen to me with this kid? Dude doesn’t go down and he’s fucking fast. Bills tight ends in the past would get the ball 5 yards short of the first down…and they would NOT get that first down. Knox is a bit better but is slow…and fucking drop big passes too. Baldat28
I loved the pick, had him going to us in my first mock, if used right he's a huge mis-match advantage. Even if he doesn't put up numbers, he's someone that DC's will have to gameplan for and could help get other guys open.

Even if he doesn't put up numbers, he's someone that DC's will have to gameplan for and could help get other guys open. Thats just it though Bills already have a highly paid TE and never use him...so now all of a sudden we need another TE? Are they changing the Offense totally? are they going to run out of a m,ostly 2 TE set?? then im excited..but if this was a pickup for only like 2-3 formations and 20% of the game plan ..you cant BLOW a 1st on that! So if they are going to switchup and run a 2TE offense 50% of the time with guys like Diggs outside Knox and Kincard out there and then Cook(pass catching RB) or even Hines out of the backfield.. ok im intrigued But you really would have to change up the offense to do this you cant just run what we have been doing and "toss him in there" and think... situation solved... you really do need to run a different offense to get him to be the "matchup" nightmare he is supposedly...as you need a S or LB covering him not for them just to swap over a big CB to shut him down....and then the other thing you need to be able to do is if youre running that 2TE set with him and Knox you need to be able to RUN EFFECTIVELY and thats what the 2TE set is predicated on....the D not knowing if your going to run or pass to a TE.. because if you cant run you just keep loading up Nickle or dime all day because who cares if Cook gets 2 yards a carry...I think if they could swtich this up a bit they could be dangerous.. and its something no team thats played the Bills has seen before from them so something new... 4 Quote Adopt a Bill

Dalton Kincaid (DK2) had 70 receptions and 8 TDs this year. The upside is certainly there. 1

Popular Post Victor7
Love the pick. The absence of Beasley last year was so bad for us that we had to go get him off his couch. Having a reliable option in the slot is priceless. Color me impressed that McBeane resisted their impulse to draft another DE 6 Quote Bills fan for life!! ................ Color me impressed that McBeane resisted their impulse to draft another DE His post draft press conference sure made it sound like he was really focused on getting Dalton Kincaid, or he was trading back. So he actually may not have been thinking DE. Which matches with his Pre-Draft visits. He looked at a ton of TEs and not many DEs.

He also has great hands, drops were a killer last year for the bills.

Great hands, around the 2:40 mark the QB shoots him a Josh Allen type laser over his head and he snatches it out of the air. I realize it's college but he seems fast and slippery as fuck but also willing to take contact. They used him in a lot of different plays too, a lot more utility than we use Knox for.

Here is another way to look at Kincaid. He is/was a much better college TE than Dawson Knox was. By a lot. I think by 2024 Kincaid will be our focus at TE, and Dawson will be TE2.
