I am barely interested in having OBJ as a Bill at any cost but NO way I am on board to paying OBJ even $10M/yr.

OBJ comes with an incredible large amount of locker room culture, injury and other risk.

Sounds like a Percy Harvin fleecing situation in waiting. Plays a couple games or at least enough to guarantee his one year contract salary then gets injured (year 1) or has migraines (year 2) that send him to IR. Only the Bills would fall for that twice.
