whorlnut
This could also mean McD is going to a 3 safety set like the pats do with dugger.
SpikedLemonade
Well, NO need to draft a Safety in the first 3 rounds. 2 Quote Do Your Part to Improve The Range -- Please put the TRIO OF TRUMP FLUFFERSTM on IGNORE

Baldat28
This is the guy I wanted when I though Poyer was gone, might mean they go three S and Milano as only LB, this and Harris are great gets
bcw
So likely no Dean Marlowe then? I feel a little bad for Marlowe and his wife about how happy they were to be coming back to Buffalo but it only ended up being a few months.
bcw
I dont know much about him but he has some starting experience and looks better than I was expecting to bring in as a back up safety. I'm a little surprised he didn't get more looks in fa where he would have a shot at starting.

Never thought about that but ok....im good if thats the case....at least it would appear McD is taking a different approach to his defence...cause what we saw with frazier was horrible vs top tier teams and mostly in the playoffs......makes me believe that the frazier exit was a very diplomatic and respect way of McD & Beane pretty much getting rid of him without an outright firing..... No choice now really....but gonna give McD a little length of rope....He's gonna call the defensive plays now apparently....Prove me wrong if he was too nice to not ditch Frazier earlier (which should of been done...right after that KC 13 second shit and not even talkng about the crap afterwards)....McD is on the hot seat now....No excuse now for him....6 years of good regular season results but playoff record pure garbage results....bottom league bush defence in the playoffs...

And we burned a draft pick on a player that played just 69 snaps. Not ideal.

In reality…most teams defenses in the playoffs suck. It is what it is. My problem is how conservative the offense gets during the playoffs. And that’s on McDermott too. Even with Brian Daboll the offense all of a sudden became predictable and vanilla….to give the defense a breather. My all time favorite, under the radar example of this…that no one ever brings up…was in that 13 second game. It was 14-14, start of the 2nd half. KC ball…we hold them to a FG. And for first time…the Bills have a chance to take the lead in this game. What do the bills do? 3 straight running plays. One of them a handoff to Reggie fucking Gilliam. HUH? Are you fucking kidding me? It was soooo fucking obvious we were running clock to rest the defense. Bills punt…chiefs score a TD…10 point lead. Wonder how that game would turn out if the Bills took the lead there. Could care less about the Xs and Os of the defense and defensive scheme. My problem is this team is defense first, defense second and defense third. It’s all about the defense. Which is fucking archaic.

Don't have to sack Mahomes, or any QB, but you do have to put pressure on him (them). Something else they never seemed interested in doing. This team is one bad joke ... on us! Lol - Sean thinks a running game clock equates to real a tual time when it doesn't. The fact is a running play takes up less actual real time than a passing play so to rest the defense, you would be better passing than running. Those 3 running plays didn't take up as much real time as 3 passing plays so as usual-Sean is wrong and has no clue how modern NFL football is played. Mahomes just avoids it, leaves the pocket, and makes a play. Burrow just sides steps and delivers strikes. Even Mac Fucking Jones began to throw strikes despite the pressure in the 2nd Bills game. Victor7
Good signing. With both Poyer and Hyde over 30 and coming off injury riddled years this is a safety blanket (see what I did there?)
