Crazy Legs
At Beane's press conference he mentioned he expected to add depth at the RB position, and acknowledged it would be a different style runner. Heavier, bigger back. According to speculation on the twitter, Buffalo was in on D'onta Foreman, but the Bears out bid us today paying him $3 million a year. So, who could he sign for depth that is a "bigger" back, and won't cost a lot? Darrell Williams is one possibility. Williams is 225lbs, in 2021 he rushed for 6 TDs and 558 yards and he had 47 catches for 452 yards. Those are pretty good numbers for a depth piece, and he could be signed for probably under $1.5 million.
The Chosen
At this point, go through the draft process and see if anyone falls in our lap. Fournette, Zeke, and the likes will still be sitting around waiting come training camp. Quote Crowded elevators smell different to midgets............
