Why do you racists go to great lengths to defend Jacob Chansley a WHITE male who admitted guilt but yet vilify victims like George Floyd???

Recommended Posts

Per Jacob Chansley: "I was in solitary confinement because of me. Because of my decision. I broke the law ... I should do what Gandhi would do and take responsibility," he says. "There's no ifs, ands or buts about it, that's what men of honor do." He promised to never have to be jailed again."

Yet you attack a man in George Floyd who was murdered by a cop. Fucking racist scum!

It just proved how racist people are. Just to say you are ant woke or bitch about people being called racist doesn't make it less racist. You need to open your mind and listen to others. Take a diversity course to understand your bias.

Forced confession

A forced confession is a confession obtained from a suspect or a prisoner by means of torture (including enhanced interrogation techniques) or other forms of duress. Depending on the level of coercion used, a forced confession is not valid in revealing the truth. The individuals being interrogated may agree to the story presented to them or even make up falsehoods themselves in order to satisfy the interrogator and discontinue their suffering.[1]

For centuries the Latin phrase "Confessio est regina probationum" (in English: "Confession is the queen of evidence") justified the use of forced confession in the European legal system. When especially during the Middle Ages acquiring a confession was the most important thing during preparations before a trial, than the method used to get the confession seemed irrelevant, de facto sanctioning the use of torture to extract forced confession.[citation needed]

By the late 18th century, most scholars and lawyers thought of the forced confession not only as a relic of past times and morally wrong but also ineffective as the victim of torture may confess to anything just to ease their suffering.

Developments in the 20th century, notably the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, greatly reduced the legal acceptance of forced confessions. However, for most of legal history they have been accepted in most of the world, and are still accepted in some jurisdictions.

Floyd and Chauvin worked in the same club. I don't have any problem with Floyd's fentanyl use, domestic violence or money-laundering or whatever it was they were doing in the club together. Those are just details. I do have a problem with what Chauvin did, although I think there was a personal aspect to it.

Defend Chansley? I would just like the truth of what happened that day to come out. Who knows why he was escorted around by police instead of arrested. Perhaps you could explain that for us.

Umm the police were overwhelmed and they didn't make many if any arrests that day. But Chansley was arrested and admitted to that crime. Also there is significant testimony from the police along with videos. Are the police now not trust worthy? Only when they are arresting a person of color right? It's all on video for everyone to see.

George Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose and Chauvin will win his appeal once the second set of lawyers show the entire footage. This will be done quietly so there aren't more misguided riots.

Yeah, that knee on his neck for 11 minutes certainly didn't have anything to do with it, I'm sure

Is that why they unlocked the doors? They were "overwhelmed?"

Good to know!

You are such a simpleton. George Floyd was no victim, he was a piece of shit that terrorized a woman by holding a gun to her stomach while pregnant while his "friends" robbed the residence, he pushed drugs and destroyed countless lives as well as a long pattern of larceny. Morons like you make martyrs out of trash like George Floyd instead of teaching the black community that his life was an example of what happens when you live life as a criminal.
