None of this is an argument for why you insist sex and gender are the same thing- something even Lit is happy to acknowledge isn't the case.  It's just a bunch of cope from a retarded bigot who's REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEing his life away over his right to hate as many people as he can manage on a daily basis, no matter how miserable it makes him.

Sex and gender not being the same thing has NOTHING to do with this. Nothing! It's just you grasping for straws

the majority of trans people do some sort of modification including their sex (whether it be hormones or surgery).

Yeah no shit, people with bad eyesight get corrective lenses, bald men get hair plugs, people with auditory shortcomings get hearing aids, veterans who had their legs blown off get prosthetics.

BREAKING: Medicine helps people.  More at 11.

Which is exactly why trans = sex.

Not just gender.

I never said it was just gender.  All I said was that sex and gender refer to different things.  The term 'woman' is a gendered term, so my point to Hip was that when it comes to whether or not a trans woman is a woman we need only analyze the function and performance of gender.  In that particular context, sex is immaterial.

Nice list of things people need, other than the hair plugs. My eyes go bad, I NE#ED glasses to see. SRS is not medicine. It's cosmetic surgery

Sure, but the problem with that is if it's virtue signaling.  If it isn't, if it's an authentic desire to celebrate trans people, then "it's virtue signaling" isn't a valid criticism because it wouldn't be virtue signaling.

Cosmetic surgery that the preponderance of research suggests improves peoples' mental health.  So in that sense it absolutely IS medincine.

Then let there be a 50 most influential TRANS people award.

Why should they get special attention to their mental health? Half this planet is suffering with mental health issues that don't include "I'm a fat loser that no girl will fuck so I think I wanna be a girl so I don't feel so guilty taking cock"

Or we can just recognize trans women alongside cis women when celebrating women, since both trans women and cis women are.......women.

Bullshit. Woman works her entire life to follow a path that leads to being recognized for her lifetime of achievements and contributions to women's issues and the world in general and she's going to take a back seat to some mental case that cut his dick off and put some make up and changed his name the Jennifer?? Just because mental cases like him are tHe CAsE oF tHe DaY??

And no I have NOT lost my mind. Trans people NEED mental health care more than anyone else for one reason, they're fucking mentally damaged and delusional

It literally doesn't.  I have both clothes and skin, but that doesn't mean that "clothes and skin, when viewed in the context of ICRockets, are the same"

Your comparison is not analogous. Clothes are an external item. Sex and Gender are internal and are inherent to the person.

The argument used to be (and even trannies have since dropped it), that gender dysphoria is only a gender issue. But we now know that it is also a sex issue, since gender dysphoria directly makes trans want to take hormone differentiators and conforming surgery, thus changing their sex.

Would it make it better if we changed “woman” and “man” to “XX” and “XY”?

Bathrooms to “XX” and “XY”?

Gender dysphoria doesn't "make trans want to take hormones" any more than appendicitis would "make patient want to have surgery".  It's just that the hormones are a common and effective treatment for gender dysphoria.  If the treatment for gender dysphoria was doing 7 backflips, it's not like having gender dysphoria would lead to a biological urge to do backflips.

No, because biologists don't determine sex chromosomally.  They primarily go by gametes.

Semantics won't help you. Sex is directly intertwined with Trans. Even Trans movements have given up the fight you can't stop waging because you are unable to control your emotions.
