Edmunds and Poyer leaving along with Bills SB chances

For those who actually stuck around, we watched this defense, at home, take a knee for a full 4 quarters. McDumbass, and sleepy Frasier had a full week to game plan, and for the entire game, that's all they did. No adjustments, no nothing. Just lining up 5 yards off the line of scrimmage, and backing up another 5 yards when the ball was snapped. Why does Frasier need to take a break, does his defense actually do anything to warrant one? Good work if you can get it. And the offense? Not much better. Instead of taking a page from the Bengals, and taking what they were given, they thought it would be better idea to throw the ball downfield in the snow and wind. Paying fans should have asked for a refund, because they deserved one.

However there is a silver lining, McDermott (defensive guru) said they would learn from this. However, he says that at the end of every season, and never seems to. lmao

Not a fan of a rebuild year, but without restructuring and signing at least one of the two (edmunds/Poyer), the Bills are going to have too many holes on defense to plug in one draft.  The other angle is if you lose both and you don't sing FA then you get compensatory picks....something Beane never took advantage of.

I think that if they build up the OL, use the run more, and get a legit second receiver or two that this team's "tank" might be more of a Bradley than an Abrams

I think there's still a chance they are able to keep Poyer.  As a player that I expected to have an early offer, the fact he's not signed makes me think either the Safety market is softer than expected or his expectations are not in line with the market.

In either of the above cases, maybe he could be affordable for the Bills afterall.

If the Bill's tanked to retool, McBeane would spend their #1 pick on some can't miss DL. And under McDermott, he would miss. And don't forget, after his year off Frasier might be coming back to help. I smell a sitcom.
