Biden seems to have no shortage of "controversial" picks that are either extremists, communists, freaks, or all 3!

But dudes in dresses man!

Or just plain unqualified.  Look at Sloppy Joe's FAA nominee.  :niterider:

“Administrators” are the bureaucratic bean counters, and are always unqualified, but highly involved in the commission of “policy”.  Makes absolutely zero sense, so of course it’s Bidumbs agenda.

It's even worse.  I was wondering why an uninformed Transportation Secretary (Butt's-a-gig) was answering all the questions recently with a few of the "aviation/air traffic" incidents and not the FAA Administrator but now I know why. To be fair, a few of those questions that Senator Budd was asking were not bell ringing inditements of total unfamiliarity with aviation, but close.  When he said he wasn't a pilot, not even a private pilot, that was the "get the fuck outta my face" moment.  Ted Cruz had a great line; ""You are in charge of coffee shops, clothing stores and newsstands," but not pilots, aircraft mechanics or air traffic controllers."   That, in reference to Washington's "running" the Denver Airport.  His appointment goes really deep into someone else's owing a favor to another crooked politician.  Any POTUS other than clueless Joe Bye-dumb would have laughed at that nomination if it made up to his desk, which it probably never did get that far up the chain.  Maybe this guy promised he would go after the runways in our nation that divide and segregate communities.  And thank you Colorado for re-electing Senator Hooplicker (Hickenlooper) who presented and supports this pile of mental trash.

Unfortunately it's not just the government. Hiring barely (if at all) people into jobs where they're appointed by special victim status ranking has become the norm of corporate policy and that has lead to lower profits, poor business plans, and productivity taking a huge nosedive. The real talent and producers soon get burned out due to increased workloads and jump ship as soon as they get a better offer leaving the offending corporation steering a boat of retards. This is evident in the tech industry where they don't even care what color or sexual orientation you are and just want nerds who can do the job.

Tech Industry Layoffs May Undo Workforce Diversity Gains

Last week, The Washington Post reported that an internal memo at Meta encouraged managers to identify low performers to eject, as the tech giant, like many others, prepares for leaner times...

People working to improve diversity in tech are worried that companies looking to cut costs may end up undoing the modest progress they have made toward diversifying their workforces through hiring more women, LGBTQ people, and people of color.

That’s because many times the roles that historically underrepresented groups are hired into tend to be seen as the most expendable, says Sarah Kaplan, director of the Institute for Gender and the Economy at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

The article tries to dance around the answer but it's pretty apparent who the "low performers" are. Jobs aren't charities but should be run like meritocracies.
