Nice man and congrats. Invite us down sometime. All of my relatives that could flee NY are already gone and scattered around Florida, the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Virginia. I'll be joining them in about 6 years when I can retire. Florida is a hell of a lot better place to be than that frigid hellhole that @SpikedLemonadelives in!

At the risk of defending the MAGA-dorks, we have been hearing about global warming and coastal cities "about to be flooded" for decades now.

That's precisely why Obama bought a house on the coast of Martha's Vineyard.

In any case it's worth worrying about the 'climate' change occurring in eastern Ohio. Because the damage won't stay there. "Unknown white particles" are falling out of the sky in W. Virginia and Maryland. I guess it ain't snow, because that would be a "known particle."

Congrats 🍻! I’d much rather deal with the heat and humidity of summer than the frigid, frozen tundra of northern NY ever again 🤣.

Fuck both of them. I'm looking for that spot that escapes both extremes.
