Number one.  If you're going to dress up and act like a woman you better be ready to back it up. 

Number two is impossible.  Trying to get every last person onboard with that would be an exercise in futility.  Especially with our growing population of illegal immigrants, they're not down with that.

Sure, nobody should fear for their safety but I am sorry I do agree with those who say a pre op transgender should not be using the restroom that does not correspond to what is between their legs.  Also, they should not be competing in women's sports or serving time in women's prisons.  So, they should not need to fear for their safety but nor should society make others live in fear or condemn those who feel threatened by someone who may pose a threat.  Racial, ethnic, religious minorities don't threaten.  Gays and Lesbians don't either.  Those with sexual dysphoria? Please, tell me why we are expected to think mental illness should be considered normal? The reason they want to use the woman's room isn't because they identify as women, it's because it's safer than being caught wearing a fucking dress in the men's room by normal dudes that would beat the living shit out of them
