And...BillsMafia made #45 in the world!!!!! @seandelevan The Bills are popular. I know this is important to you, and so that folks know, I am for the most part not mocking Sean. I think we had a good chat the prior evening, found genuine common ground that did not require tragedy to achieve(Heck, I even watched the beginning of Thor: Love and Thunder, and it seems to be dedicated to him?!? "You have suffered...You have suffered!!"[and so have we! lol). The media, the NFL, and Pegulas are likely to make this bigger. But you know what? If they do, I hope it includes the recovery of Damar Hamlin(I'll leave NFL misdeeds alone for awhile, it would be nice to have a time of healing). I think I still have the Sports Illustrated with Kevin Everett on the cover. Ryan Clark, SVP, Stephen A, Ben Baby(1st team all name for me!) and others did a good job putting the relative worth of a kids game in perspective. Folks can send prayers and/or positive focused intention/energy/vibrations(the opposite of normal on here) toward 24 year old Damar Hamlin and his family....and a team Ryan Clark(who said he ws so thankful to G*d that he coincidentally happened to be there for this broadcast, to give his perspective) seemed to say isn't going to just recover, is not going to go out there because they're ready, but because it's their job to do so. As I noted in the Shoutbox, this is not something they're going to be ready for the next day, or...?? So if you pray/direct positive energy, I ask you do so for the team as well....but not so much as players, as human beings experiencing something that I am unsure how many can imagine. If anyone is interested, some native prayer involves experiencing the feeling one would and spirit of gratitude as if it were done, not affirming a negative. While belief may play a role, this is cause and effect, natural law. I'm not trying to sell anything there, and if @JoeFerguson wants to contribute the same sacrifice he did before "The Perfect Game", I am all for people using what works for them. Lightening the mood may be helpful to emotional well being for awhile? I saw that Renner was in “stable but critical condition” after a “snow plow accident”🤯! I’ve been to Tahoe a couple times (Mt. Rose, both times was one of the hills we hit) have you seen some of the snow depths in those hills!? You know, it's probably helpful for me to read something like that (and admonishments in general lol) from folks who are decent to me. Of course it takes me back to something @Meathead said in the shoutbox...along the lines of people setting a long life as a measure of value in this culture. But otherwise I certainly agree. Also let me think of Breaking Bad, and people on the ground that may be injured by objects colliding above. Even if rare, I'd figure it happens. And In my opinion, the chain of events that led up to that airline collision in the show was epic story telling, showing the far reaching effects of 1 action (or in that case 1 inaction, Walt not saving that man's daughter because of her influence on Jesse). I mention that because sometimes things seem out of our hands, and sometimes we don't realize how grateful we should be for something until it's gone. Like that (IMO) epic song by Cinderella, "Dont Know What Youve Got Til It's Gone".
