That should read, get their chargers and batteries inside the house because again, the extreme cold wreaks havoc on their lithium batteries.  You can store the mower, tiller, weed whacker (and don't use that to whack off), hedge trimmer, leafblower, and chainsaw out in the shed but the battery and battery chargers should be bought in.  

You will also want to wrap up your exterior water spigots, drain your garden hoses and bring in associated nozzles or sprinklers, especially if they are plastic, because the freezing and thawing of water left in them will cause them to shrink and expand, which will cause them to crack and break.
