The jester's purpose was to make fun of the nobles and courtiers for the benefit of the King.

The King couldn't insult them personally for political reasons, so the jester did in the service of the King.

Criticism of Israel for ethnic cleansing is not anti-semitic, however saying otherwise suggests that you believe there is something intrinsically Jewish about doing an ethnic cleansing- and that position IS anti-semitic.
