Wrong. The Anarchists Cookbook is a tome that details how to break the law, kill people and create chaos/ Gay/Bi sex does none of those, so it's not a perfect starting point at all.

That's WHY it's a perfect starting point.  It demonstrates the rationale behind previously banned books and the disparity between that and the rationale for banning these ones.

Not when they overlook emotional and mental maturity

I think you underestimate how emotionally and mentally mature some kids can be.  I think a lot of adults who oppose queer content do, frankly.

When I was 3 years old, my dad was trying to get my sister and I to go to bed.  She was goofing off in my room instead of going to hers, and he was irritated.  My father yelled, and he pounded my wall for emphasis.  His fist went clean through it.  I was mad at him for doing that to MY wall for something my sister did, my sister was terrified, and my father....was also terrified.  He tried to stay composed but I saw the fear in his whole body.  I was fucking THREE and I still to this day remember that as a watershed moment for me in my emotional development.  Kids see and understand things adults never give them credit for.

You don't get ti decide who or which kids are capable . You're not a parent. You're clueless.

Simple  question. Who should make decisions for kids? Government?

It depends on the decision.  If the decision is what to have for dinner?  Parents.  If the decision is whether they get screen time after dinner?  Parents.  If the decision is when it's time for bed?  Parents.  If the decision is what books are available in libraries?  Society.  If the decision is what book to get from the library?  The kid.

Some?? The exceptions do NOT override the rule. A young chess master does not mean ALL kids are capable of being young chess masters.

You're whole premise that one=all, ours>mine is fucked up.

You understand the implication of this is that it's okay to groom kids if they're yours?

You understand the implication of always expecting the worst makes you look weak and naive?

It would be fucked up if that were my premise, but it isn't.  If that were my premise, I'd be saying these books should be in the CURRICULUM, but we're talking about libraries where ONLY SOME CHILDREN WILL CHOOSE TO READ IT.

I'm not asserting the right to decide which kids are capable.  Those kids make the decision when they check the book out of the library.

D they make the decision when some fucking Neo-lib, fat fucking teacher with rainbow hair and a militant idea of pronouns are telling them it's OK "if SoMe GiRlS hAvE a PeNiS?"

You need help. You're not capable of accepting reality.

Some girls do have penises, and it is okay.  That is reality.

What? Maybe we shoukd leave alcohol on highschools and see if they make better decisions.

I'm just saying High School aged kids have a better grasp of sexuality, sexual emotions and desires and are more aware of adult relationships. Now that doesn't mean I advocate a fucking book t hat described gay anal sex in detail but books about alternate ideas are there for a reason
