I suggest you look at what happened in Rochester with a well know couple who had a Juneteenth party and the wife posted racist comments under a different name on Twitter. She was outed for it. Are there any legal ramifications for the folks who outed her? Nope. As for the racist couple, they lost everything.

You’re saying that, it’s the company that he works for or owns. That’s outing somebody. It is not frowned upon online if someone is doing something illegal or is in this case is making  racist comments. Please show me in the TOS where you can’t call someone out.
