Rough penalty for something all teams do anyway, guess the league wanted to make a statement, I guess the statement is don't be stupid and get caught.....Glad it was the Phins though

i dont think it's strong enough.    They basically got away with tampering twice for 2 draft picks?   The money is chump change for Ross.  15 minutes of shopping at his stores.  He can watch the rest on tv.
