Ukraine wins the battle of Kharkiv

Recommended Posts

Just consider this, the Russians don't have the manpower to storm the city and have a Stalingrad or Budapest style battle and so they are retreating into the open country where their artillery and airpower are far more effective.

Then they never should have went into the city.

No matter how you slice it, this war looks horrible for Russia from a coordination and efficacy standpoint.

They look weak.

I think Ukraine just got a first down!  Some of you people treat this like a game.  Ever experienced an armed conflict before?  Too caught up in the 24/7 reporting of it?

There's this book called the art of war.

Maybe you should read it and take notes so you don't make as many foolish comments

Because there are three classes of intellects: one which comprehends by itself; another which appreciates what others comprehend; and a third which neither comprehends by itself nor by the showing of others; the first is the most excellent, the second is good, the third is useless.

It’s all the rage right now. It involves nukes and “our” interests, so it’s more important to us than say, blowing up Yemenis, but it’s just another squirmish in a loooooooooooooooooooong line of conflicts that won’t end until “the big one”.
