Spiked, I know that we don't often see eye to eye.  However, I think a lot of your problems are that you suffer from various mental illnesses.  Now, to be sure you have enough illnesses to keep a psychologist in case studies for the rest of his life, but here we only aim to start you on your path to health, wholeness, and wellness.  I do not wish to waste bandwidth addressing your insomnia, bipolar, and schizophrenia, coprophilia, and zoophilia.  God knows you are a very sick and very troubled soul.  However, I believe that by picking one of your mental illnesses we can get you on the road to healing you of your many wide ranging disorders.  So, if it pleases the range, and it most certainly would, let us discuss your Dissociative Identity Disorder.  As one who has suffered from this since at least the time you created the Northwesternfan identity, what triggered it spiked? We won't judge.  In fact, knowing one's triggers can often start one on the road to healing.  Anyways, since at least 2006, when you came to identify as a 17 or 18 year old failure who lived in Illinois and was plagued with a desire to masturbate out of love for your sister (you poor deluded man, you have been sick for quite some time), you have believed you were several posters, and in fact you created several different usernames, one for each noticeably distinct personalities inside that fat bald head of yours.  Now, we won't say what Dissociative Identity Disorder because you are a live example of it.  However, we want you well, so we post what medical science offers in terms of treatment for you:

Medications for DID

There's no specific medication for treatment of dissociative identity disorder.8 However, medications can be effective for treating depression and anxiety that often occur with this condition.

Antidepressants

Antidepressants help manage symptoms of depression by changing levels of chemicals called neurotransmitters in the brain. There are several types of antidepressants, including:9

  • Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs): Such as Lexapro (escitalopram) and Prozac (fluoxetine)
  • Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs): Such as Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Effexor (venlafaxine)
  • Tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants: Such as Asendin (amoxapine) and Elavil (amitriptyline)
  • Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs): Such as Marplan (isocarboxzaid) and Nardil (phenelzine)
  • Atypical antidepressants: Such as Desyrel (trazodone) and Wellbutrin (bupropion)

Antianxiety Medications

One group of medications commonly used to treat anxiety are benzodiazepines such as Klonopin (clonazepam), Xanax (alprazolam), Valium (diazepam), and Ativan (lorazepam).10 These medications have short-lasting effects and can be taken while a person is experiencing anxiety symptoms to decrease muscle tension and promote relaxation.

SSRIs are also used to treat anxiety disorders.

Antipsychotic Medications

Antipsychotic medications are typically used to treat "psychosis," a condition in which a person has lost touch with reality. However, these medications can also be used to treat severe depression, bipolar disorder, and may treat symptoms associated with dissociative identity disorder.11 Examples include Abilify (aripiprazole) and Risperdal (risperidone).

And guess what you balding, insomniac, old, stupid, fatass, and I mean those words with the spirit that they were said, which was mostly just a very objective observation because to treat the patient we must first identify the failings of the patient, when you develop coping strategies for your disorder you will solve most of your problems.  Mindfulness will teach you that others have different opinions than you and know stuff you do not, which will help you to understand that in your current condition that most people hate you, and being an antagonistic asshole will do you no favors.

Exercise will mean you can do something about being a fatass.  You may still be a balding, insomniac, aging, and stupid person, but you won't be fat any more

Sleep? Well, that will stop your insomnia and your desire to post here starting at 3 in the morning and posting 18 to 20 hours a day.

For more coping strategies read the following:

  • Utilizing mindfulness: Bringing thoughts and attention to the present moment can help a person with DID become more accepting of uncontrollable events.
  • Exercising: Being physically active can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression that often occur with DID.
  • Maintaining a healthy diet: Removing processed foods and added sugars from your diet can decrease inflammation in your body, which may contribute to anxiety and depression symptoms.12
  • Getting enough sleep: Getting enough sleep can decrease symptoms of DID.13

  • Identifying triggers: With the help of a therapist, a person's triggers for dissociative episodes can be identified, and possibly avoided.
