I don't see him running in 2024. Not only is he a drooling vegetable but Harris is the least popular VP in history. My prediction for the 2024 race will be either Trump or DeSantis vs Newsome. God help us if Newsome wins. He is another POS who has ruined CA.

HipKat
WH says it didn't come up with the term "Bidenomics," but rather it's been used in media going way back and more recently by Rs in a derogatory tone. However, Old Joe embraces it nonetheless. I might suggest that any president's name ending with an "n" would almost automatically be added to "omics" as a shorthand for economic policies. Reaganomics, Clintonomics- they also had Carternomics, Bushnomics and even Obamanomics. When conservative economists Arthur Laffer (appropriately) and Stephen Moore wrote a book (of course) to describe the economic policies of then President Donald Trump, they titled it "Trumponomics: Inside the America First Plan to Revive Our Economy." President Biden has struggled to summarize his sprawling economic vision. The mix of infrastructure spending, corporate tax hiking, child tax crediting, chipmaker grants, insulin price caps, student loan forgiveness and even slogans like "Build Back Better" barely cover the full breadth of what the administration is doing & trying. Last week he used "Bidenomics" in a major speech in hopes the term will stick with voters. He said his philosophy is the opposite of an R approach that favors tax cutting to spur growth. He favors gov't using tax code in a more targeted fashion and the creating of programs to foster investment in new technologies & job creation to promote upward mobility. No wonder people are confused. "I came into office determined to change the economic direction of this country, to move from 'trickle-down economics' to what everyone in the Wall St. Journal & Financial Times began to call 'Bidenomics'. I didn't come up with the name. I really didn't." To R's it's a slur they can deploy to describe a philosophy of taxing, spending and anti-oil they say fueled inflation that has left the country deeply pessimistic on the economy. Polling respondents are far more aware of gas & grocery pricing than they are of Biden policy details. A few can cite the bipartisan infrastructure package, but the Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS & Science Act have yet to register on the public radar. Dem strategist Jesse Ferguson said the president wants to show voters he has plans & answers to problems, not necessarily that he's fixed everything. "For 40 years people have been clamoring for an approach to the economy that puts working people at the center instead of prioritizing the wealthy, and that's what he's delivering on. So the story that he can tell is a different approach to the economy and the proof is in the pudding. It's also core to who he is. People believe he's the guy who'd make the economy work as hard for working people as working people work for the economy." Quote “There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind, never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”
