@JS12what lost the game last year were 2 long passes where Hamlin was toast.   Hopefully Rapp or whoever replaces poyer doesn't blow a coverage

@StraightJ Poyer being out will not move the line at all. It would have to be a guy like Josh or Diggs for that to happen.

@StraightJat this moment i think it's a bad time to play them.  Their new stuff is too fresh for teams to fully digest and figure out.  I don't think they will be standing in January when the weather sucks and teams have 17 films to dissect.

Whereas the sane NE team managed to beat the NYJ a week apart 15-10.   .....Js12, indeed.  I think a lot of less knowledgable score readers attributed that score more to the fins than to whatever happened with the Broncos.....who may have been in a somehow far worse state than the Bills vs CIN.  Poyer makes me more hesitant, but at least for purposes of betting maybe it will be helpful by moving the spread, though I suspect it would be tiny compared to the shoutbox gloom..  NE's defense might be ok, but it is not elite like Buffalo's, which the media has not seemed to give credit to the way it does to offenses.

It’s not my favorite game on the board but I do think we win by 7-10 points.

@StraightJ There’s a reason the Bills are favored by a FG

and mbn....so the fins added all of that, and their other 2 games  still literally came down to the wire, one of them being unustly aided by the refs against the mighty patriots?   I guess give them the trophy now!     No wonder the science in society sucks with the low bar of evidence you require.

@JS12 I wonder if bettors will quantify the spread as much as these over the top shoutbox takes

Youre correct.  The Bills have added also, and seemingly quantifiably more.

Seems like Poyer is always hurt these days. We need to start looking for a replacement, so let’s see what Rapp can bring.

I seem to recall they started compiling injuries in game 2, with an bleeping ambulance coming onto the field.... and that more accumulated in the game, including heat exhaustion.  Tre was also not in that game.  Even with Poyer out, I still think the Bills D is far superior to Fins D.

@StraightJtotally different game and teams.    Dolphins have added firepower since then and that was the day tua played half the game concussed

@miamibillsnut does that mean Sean can declare "That's a Rapp"(game over) already and save us his 3 hours of hate in the shoutbox ??  Wait...how many injuies did the Bills have 1st fins game last season.,,,the one they were about 3 seconds from winning?

Rapp was allegedly lost in week 1 after the film review.  Dont know how much he's been on the field since then or how he's graded.   Hamlin is a nice story but we know what he brings, and it's not been good against the dolphins.

Of course I had just posted you guys had gotten let off too easily from TCOTDs so far this season and were being ingrates looking for persecution where there was none.  Besides, now those who bitched Poyer was too slow can have someone faster in his place vs the fins.  lol  SMH

@Victor7 it can be an issue, but it does not necessarily mean it will be.   I did notice HCSM did seem really subdued in his Wednesday press conference.   I know you guys just gave hope to the downers though.  The must be god damn fucking giddy right now....  likely, literally, with erections as daryls seems to note when describing what they do while watching Nick Writght

@HipKat and?  If true, he still exhibited more logic and honesty in that interview than I've seen about anywhere, including your shout.  I tend to find it disgusting when ppl resort to ad hominem attacks against someone who has exposed their false beliefs.  It exhibits low moral character, in my opinion.  Your society lacks honor, and the ability to address issues in a logical manner.
