More money than I was hoping but he is solid depth and special teams and seems like good locker room guy.

Yea it's about 5 million more than I would want to pay a special teamer.

Was anyone else offering over 5 million?

4.1 guaranteed, highly doubt he makes it to 9. Cap hit is likely higher in year 2, where we have more cap room.

Don't love it, don't hate it. He's a hard worker though, and at worst he's a good special teamer.

We were paying Easley around $2 million per year for strictly special teams.

Zo might deserve a little more than that as a depth pass rusher but this is more than expected.

I would prefer Brown but if Brown lands a monster deal then I get it. Spotrac has Brown getting 4.5 mil per.... should that be correct, I wont be happy.

Huh? I thought we were paying Easley 2 million to populate the IR . . .

Amazing price if he can repeat his production from last year. Horrible price if he is mostly a special teamer.

OneManGang! My man!

I would not have resigned him. Bills hit lightning in a bottle. I would be schocked if he had 1/2 his sack total from last year.

It is the way.

His production is on par with Freeney, Ware & Peppers. I mean 12.5 sacks is pretty good, if we can use him as a rotational pass rusher, this could be good value.

Zo is a good depth signing @LB,pass rusher & ST's ace.He has good work ethic, leadership qualities and locker room presence that's sorely lacking on this team.Maye he'll steal Dareus' Zig Zag's and flush them down the toilet.I'd still like to see them resign Zack though.

... and yet we paid 4.1 to a 30 some Special teamer?

This was Easley's year to finally breakout at WR. Can't believe they cut him.

I heard that about three years ago.....

There were a lot of games where Zo was better than Hughes.

I hope he pushes Hughes for his starting spot. He needs a kick in the ass.

Alonzo Mourning. We signed him as a defensive end. He needs money and after being to old for basketball our genious GM thought outside the box and signed him.
