Leftists Turn on Late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg After Supreme Court Refuses to Block Texas Heartbeat Law: ‘Old Dead White B****’

WTF is wrong with these people.  :niterider:

Leftists turned on the feminist hero and women’s rights crusader, the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, after the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 vote, refused to block the implementation of Texas’ “heartbeat bill” on September 1st, effectively banning most abortions after fetal cardiac activity can be detected.

“The Supreme Court was careful not to weigh in on the constitutionality of the Texas law, deciding its ruling on procedural grounds. The Texas law contains a unique enforcement mechanism that authorizes private citizens to sue abortion providers and those who ‘aid and abet’ illegal abortions,” the Daily Wire noted Thursday.

“The court dismissed the request, which names every state court judge and clerk as defendants, based on procedural grounds,” the outlet continued.

Key to the ruling was Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who sits in the seat Ginsburg vacated when she died.

At the time, leftists were quick to blame Ginsburg for the addition, which shifted the court to the right, because Ginsburg was given the opportunity to retire under a Democrat — then-President Barack Obama — and chose to remain on the court. After several difficult battles with cancer, Ginsburg died in September of 2020, and then-President Donald Trump quickly replaced her with Barrett.

Now, they’re taking aim at Ginsburg, yet again.

“In retrospect, maybe Ruth Bader Ginsburg should have stepped down from the Court in 2014,” one leftist commentator sneered.

“Ruth Bader Ginsburg really, really should have stepped down,” another added. “When you are a leader of people, with their lives in your hands… you have to do what’s best for them, always. She didn’t.”

When she was offered the opportunity to step down, she was 80 and Democrats had a comfortable majority in the Senate, allowing Obama to replace her with a dedicated liberal justice and without Republican input.

“Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s categorical refusal to retire brought us here. So thanks you old dead white bitch,” sniffed a self-described “feminist” who later deleted her tweet.

“Folks blaming Bernie for what happened in Texas are ridiculous,” a former Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) surrogate snapped after leftists tried to pin the blame on Sanders and his supporters, who refused to back then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016.

“Did y’all not remember the time when we there was a democrat in office and had the chance the tell Ruth Vader Ginsburg to retire but didn’t? Stop it. The establishment needs to take responsibility for their mess.”

I just checked over the Constitution and I didn't find any section in the Bill of Rights about the innate human right to murder your own child. If people in Texas really want an abortion they can drive to a blue state and get it done, it's just not going to happen in Texas.

I doubt that will be necessary.  The folks who are upset about this are gay men and ugly fat chicks who nobody would want to fuck anyways.  :niterider:

All the people mad at this decision  were A-ok with mandatory vaccines. So...we're back to my body, my choice?

TikTok Activists Are Flooding A Texas Abortion Reporting Site With Spam

Activists on TikTok are fighting back against Texas' new restrictive abortion law with spam.

Sean Black, who goes by @black_madness21 on TikTok, created a bot that makes it easy to submit fake tips to a "whistleblower" website created by the anti-abortion Texas Right to Life group.

As of Wednesday, it's now illegal for anyone in Texas to get an abortion after about six weeks of pregnancy, and anyone who helps a person get such an abortion — including doctors and even someone who drives a person to a clinic — could be sued for thousands of dollars. The "Pro Life Whistle Blower" website enables residents to report people for potential violations of the law.

Black explained in his original video that he got the idea after another user, @victoriahammett, suggested flooding the site with fake tips. He took the idea a little further and created a bot to submit a false report every 10 or so seconds. His IP address was eventually banned but not until after he'd managed to submit about 300 reports, he explained in a later video.

Undeterred, he created an iOS shortcut that anyone can use to automatically fill out false reports, which even use local ZIP codes for added authenticity.

"Because it uses realistic information, it makes it harder for them to parse through the data," Black explains in his video.

His idea has taken off: Nearly 5,000 people have accessed the shortcut, he told Vice's Motherboard. Activists are also flooding the site with all kinds of random memes, according to Uproxx.

Still, Kimberlyn Schwartz, director of media and communication for Texas Right to Life, told USA Today that those trying to crash the site have failed. Her organization "completely anticipated this and were prepared for all the trolls coming to the website," she said.

While the whistleblower site has since required filling out a captcha before submitting tips, Black assured Vice's Motherboard that he is currently working on overcoming that "hurdle."

This is one of the most recent examples of how activists have used TikTok and other platforms to sabotage or support various causes; fans of K-pop are particularly known for their online political activism.

A high-powered mutant of some kind, never even considered for mass production.

Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”
