Remembering the time that McD tried to call a timeout when we blocked a Field Goal

Recommended Posts

Yeah, fire him.  I hear Gregg Williams is available.  Rex Ryan is too.  Say why not hire both of them?  Also, can we get rid of Josh Allen? He missed that throw a couple weeks ago and Cole was wide open, and last week he was responsible for 3 plays not being touchdowns.  The whole damn structure is rotten and we clearly need to rebuild.  As it is, we have lost valuable draft position.

Why do simpletons always think that pointing out a flaw in a persons actions means you want them fired, hurt, whatever?

Because simpletons such as yourself cannot figure out that this team is well coached, and that they are smart enough to figure this shit out on their own and they don't need your advice because if they listened to you we'd have Josh Rosen and a team of scrubs coached by a fucking moron.

Too bad we didn't keep a Hall of Famer like Tyrod Taylor or hire a rocket scientist like Matt Patricia. They must be real busy in their awesome careers now.

Even the Greatest Coach of All Time makes mistakes. Wants to learn. Wants to get better. And doesn’t know it all.

The proof is in the pudding. When McD calls these last second timeouts, we fail the majority of the time. This isn’t rocket science. It’s numbers.

That doesn’t mean he’s not a good coach.

It means he has a flaw. Like all good coaches do. But the great ones learn from their flaws and stop doing them.

If you’re a true fan of McD; then you know that he spoken extensively, and over many seasons; on how he doesn’t know everything and how he is consistently researching what others do (and don’t do), so he can get better.

In other words; he is open to fixing his flaws. He is open to hearing how he can better himself. Good for him. He is more open to his flaws than you are.

If he figures this out on his own, great. If he needs someone to point it out, that’s fine too.

Someone needs to handcuff his hands behind his back before big plays.

Don’t let him call a timeout!!!

He called a good timeout yesterday lol.

McDermott was able to rest Micah Hyde so he had energy to bat down the Hail Mary pass. Pure genius.

No he called the timeout right before they got the playoff which was a successful pass if I remember correctly. He also called the timeout to get the play reviewed in which we got the timeout back. Smart ass

Yeah!! Finally two times it saved Bills. Stopped a critical Colts play for a completion and made refs look at fumble they then screwed up.

Unfortunately this will give McD misplaced positive reinforcement so expect more dumb TO's, when Bills on D in the future.
