Speaking out of complete ignorance I'd say he's still very much hurt and playing him for too long is risking a complete tear which as we all know is a season ender. I wrote it in another thread. I think they are hoping it heals by using him close to nothing and waiting for the bye week. Sort of "saving" him for a 2nd half of the season/playoff push.

Also WTF is wrong with Norman ?? More games missed than played. Get it together man!

I think it would have been smarter just to put him on IR for 3 weeks and let him heal:

No idea about Norman but it might be better that he’s not on the field.

I've forgotten about Milano.  If he can play, great but I'm not depending on the guy.
