Newly unsealed documents describe Ghislaine Maxwell's abuse of one of Epstein's alleged victims

Recommended Posts

Some big names on this list of people who could be in a LOT of trouble. Unfortunately for the TDS sufferers Trump is not one of them!

Newly unsealed documents describe Ghislaine Maxwell's abuse of one of Epstein's alleged victims

(CNN) Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein, describes the psychological toll of Epstein's abuse in portions of a newly released deposition from May 3, 2016.

Giuffre has previously described being recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's onetime girlfriend who has been described as a "recruiter" for Epstein's purported sex trafficking ring, as a teenager, and has alleged she was instructed by Maxwell to have sex with numerous men including Prince Andrew.

In her deposition, Giuffre is pressed by attorneys to provide additional names of men who Maxwell "directed her" to have sex with. The attorney conducting the interview names several, including Prince Andrew, former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, and an individual described as "another prince," and another individual described as "the large hotel chain owner."

"Look, I've given you what I know right now," Giuffre said in response. "I'm sorry. This is very hard for me and very frustrating to have to go over this. I don't -- I don't recall all of the people. There was a large amount of people that I was sent to."

In the court filings, Maxwell and her attorney portray Giuffre as an unreliable narrator, pointing to errors in certain dates and figures she provided.

Giuffre acknowledges in the deposition she was paid for the photo of herself with Prince Andrew that has been published in numerous media outlets.

Giuffre's claims have been previously reported by CNN.

Prince Andrew and Richardson have denied the allegations against them.

"Ghislaine told me that she flew Bill Clinton in. And Ghislaine likes to talk a lot of stuff that sounds fantastical. And whether it's true or not, that is what I do recall telling Sharon Churcher."
Giuffre acknowledges in her deposition that in some ways she felt Churcher got the story wrong but she never tried to correct her.

Giuffre described wondering why former President Clinton was on the island while she was there and discussing it with Epstein.

"I remember asking Jeffrey what's Bill Clinton doing here kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said well he owes me a favor," Giuffre told attorneys in a 2011 recorded conversation about her claims against Epstein.

"He never told me what favors they were. I never knew. I didn't know if he was serious. It was just a joke."

Giuffre went on to say that Epstein told her "everyone owes him favors. They're all in each other's pockets."

Giuffre said that Maxwell and other "girls" were on the island at the time as well.

Giuffre has previously said publicly that she saw Clinton on the island.

Clinton has denied ever going to Epstein's island in the Caribbean.

In her deposition Giuffre described being "sent by" Maxwell to have sex with various men under the guise of "massage."

"And when they say massage, that means erotic, okay? That's their term for it," Giuffre said. "I think there are plenty of other witnesses that can attest to what massage actually means. And I'm telling you that Ghislaine told me to go to and give him a massage, which means sex." The name of the individual has been redacted.
The newly released documents also show email correspondence between Maxwell and an email address that appears to be Epstein from 2015, wherein Epstein complains about the negative attention he had received since he was charged with soliciting a prostitute in 2007.
The documents are part of an unsealing stemming from a 2015 defamation lawsuit against Maxwell brought by Giuffre.

Looks like Dershowitz is in some serious trouble.

Imagine being lectured by him on everyone’s wrongdoings yet all the while he was a fucking sick pedo. Allegedly.

I don't think Trump is a creep on Epstein levels at all, I just think Trump is a huge loser.  Like he needed Epstein to pull chicks for him, but I don't think Trump was doing shit on a criminal level with women or with women underage.

I hope she rolls on every elite person, but i just don't think it happens, or is allowed to happen

AGES

i dont want to hear anything until i hear the specific ages of these "teenage girls" that were engaging in sex acts

our fucking media cant even tell us whether it was an 18yo or a 13yo? "Young girls" isnt anywhere close to good enough. 18yos are "young girls" who allegedly are old enough to make their own decisions

an 18 year old "teen" can legally have sex for money with twenty men at once if she wants to. so the distinction is key. telling a story about abuse and just saying "teen girl" or "young girl" is tantamount to lying

i understand he was involved with too young girls, but each time you mention one you should state the AGE when the illegal activity occurred. otherwise, idk if youre lying or not and talking about an 18+ yo

if the "girl" was 18 and having sex with guys just because a billionaire was telling her to, then she has horrible parenting and is fucked in the head and/or an addict of some kind. but its not illegal. if hes offering her drugs and she takes them, isnt she responsible at all for her own choices? ifs shes dumb enough to give herself up like that just bc he has fancy cars and houses and tells her lies all the time then shes responsible for what took place more than he is. we send 18yos into war, the least she can do is maintain control over her own coochie

either make laws against that behavior or treat it the same as the decisions on making porn at the same age. have some consistency

dont try to obscure the facts by not telling us THEIR AGE at the time the criminal activity occurred

My hope is that Clinton,  Prince Andrew,  Bill Richardson, Alan Dershowitz, Maxwell and anyone else who is found guilty will face the full weight of the law.  I also hope that all the relevant victims and witnesses can be persuaded to testify, including, for example, Katie Johnson, who as a 13-year-old was said to have been raped by Donald Trump and his friend Jeffrey Epstein.

I look forward to you and other Donald supporters here voicing your support for this. If you cannot support this, perhaps you'll be kind enough to let us know why you should object to it.

That's the angle they want but unfortunately any petty crime Trump has committed has been done more severely and 1000s of times more by the Dems.

And then there's this:

Troubled woman with a history of drug use who claimed that she was assaulted by Donald Trump at a Jeffrey Epstein sex party at age 13 MADE IT ALL UP

39F747F400000578-3914012-image-a-9_14785

Her claims can today be exposed as untruthful, the key fact being that Donald Trump was not involved whatsoever.

A source with knowledge of the controversial case told DailyMail.com: 'Katie Johnson's account had been believable and compelling right up until the last minute.

'But new information emerged that suggested she had not been telling the truth.

'Ultimately it was discovered that Donald Trump's name had been inserted into this, he was not involved whatsoever. After that she had no credibility.'

The revelation slaps down any suggestion that Johnson dropped the case thanks to a secret financial settlement with Trump, as has been speculated on social media.

It also clears Trump of any hint of wrong doing in association with the lawsuit...

...But she also said that in 1994 she had no idea who her attacker was and that it was only when she watched The Apprentice that she came to believe it was Trump, claiming that she could not forget her attacker's face.

DailyMail.com has since learned that Johnson has two DUIs and a felony drug possession on her record and a history of drug abuse.

Johnson has a troubled past, and told DailyMail.com that she believes her experiences as a young girl led to those troubles.

The former real estate worker said recent spinal surgery has meant she is unable to work and claims disability welfare.

In lurid claims Johnson in court papers, she claimed Trump took her virginity, forced her in to role-play sex and alleges that he and financier Epstein treated her as a 'sex slave' during an 'horrific' summer in 1994.

Personally I don't think someone's current history should be used to defame the story.  Either the story holds water or it doesn't.  I'd be shocked to find someone who was molested/raped repeatedly at age 13 who didn't grow up to have a history of drug abuse

Thank you, Sack. Well, that lets Donald off the hook then. Other people in the world have also committed crimes, so that means Donald isn't so bad and is likely innocent of this specific crime. You've used this powerful defense on behalf of your Donald quite a lot, but it certainly is effective. It always leaves me reeling.

You didn't say whether you thought all witnesses and alleged victims should be interviewed, including ones that might have something to say about Donald.  Since you're so confident of his innocence, then presumably you should welcome the opportunity for him to clear his name, right?

By the way, are you aware that over twenty-five women have accused Donald of unwanted sexual advances over the years? This includes Donald's first wife, Ivana Trump, who claimed in a 1989 divorce deposition that Donald tore out some of her hair and raped her because the plastic surgeon she recommended had botched his scalp job. (After their divorce settlement, however, she retracted the accusation, saying that it was "not rape in a criminal sense," if that makes sense to you.)  Donald has said that they're all liars.  I personally have difficulty in believing that all twenty-five are lying and that only Donald, who has a long history as a proven liar, is telling the truth, but maybe we see things differently.

As for the 13-year-old girl that Donald is alleged to have raped, well, of course she would end up troubled or already was troubled. And as much as I'd like to put my faith in a pro-Trump tabloid, the article you put up was completely lacking in any solid evidence supporting its assertion that her claims were fabricated and that Donald was "not involved whatsoever."

Isn't it far more believable that Donald did what so many men of wealth and power have done throughout history, which was to use every means at his disposal to intimidate her into dropping her accusation, which, by the way, was supported by two other witnesses, if I remember right.

Wow. Just wow. I found that there wasn't anything in your post that should keep me from liking it. Surely we are in “the last days”

I feel a great percentage of men (maybe women) who become rich and powerful have an inflated sense of entitlement, up to and including using women as playthings. I’m really not seeing anything in trump that would make me think his “moral compass” would keep him from being this way.

it is kinda weird to me though, that most of trumps BIGGEST detractors, just showed up here when he came on the scene. The reason I say this is, I’ve got nothing to compare your opinions with. If you had been around for Obama, or before, I’d get more a sense of who you guys are. You kinda just showed up, and bash trump 24/7. Just my 2£ (upping the ante for my limey-loving friend)

Well, at least you could have more of a sense of who they are, instead of trump-loathing enraged hate machines. Surely, they would have held Obama to the same standards and criticized his many fuck ups and arrogant pronouncements, no? Nary a peep out of these guys when Obama used the rotting corpse of John Lewis to politicize and critique his opponents (Unless “ Gerry Mandering” was one of his bath house buddies). We will see, if Biden wins, how true they are to their beliefs. Otherwise, oy vay, we’re in for 4 more years of “The Most Evil Man Who Ever Lived, The Second Term”.
