This reminds me when the Houston Rockets had a roster of 80s stars in the late 90s....Hakeem, Clyde Drexler, Pippen, Barkley....and it blew up in their dumb faces.

next thing we’ll hear will be Larry Fitzgerald being traded to the Bucs.

After how well it worked for Dan Snyder with Bruce, Dion and other future HOF players, why wouldn’t everyone do it?

It's almost how the Redskins built their teams back in the 80's.

They would go after veterans, even trading away their first round picks.

I think they had one first round pick of their own in the entire decade of the 80's.

The Over the Hill Gang.

Yep, they did it too.

Joe Gibbs always spoke out back in the day that he trusted established vets over rookies.

That’s one of the reasons he always begged Riggins to come out of retirement.:classic_biggrin:

I'm happy for McCoy to land on a playoff caliber team. I think he'll to well in the pass happy Arians offense. He's going to get a lot of Brady dump offs, plus he's a decent pass blocker.

Kind of reminds me of those musical super groups that collect musicians from famous bands no longer in the limelight and then they go on tour playing their old hits at the county fair.

SUPERGROUPS! Damn Yankees!
