Sh*t, when you said tomorrow in the Shoutbox, I didn't realize tomorrow was Friday already.

All I meant to show was that Ive often been unaware of the days of the week during this foolishness.

I don't mind it though, because it is kind of the lack of attention to time that Eckhart Tolle(along with plenty of others) taught in The Power of Now.   At times I am reminded that no matter what is going on in the outside world, we still have the option to control our inner world to the best of our abilities....but then further questions come to me that often seem to force a choice between where would be the most optimal to focus my attention.

I imagine a lot of it depends on one's beliefs, and I recall I am replyiny to someone(well, this isnt just to you, TWD) who doesn't seem to like the word "belief".  That's fine, I value as wide a range of opinions as I can get on different matters.  I'd be interested in someone who seems to lean athiest's views on esoteric matters/any sort of inner work.

My new born daughter woke me up and I caught the last 6 min of regulation and overtime.  I forgot we were without Thurman in the second half of that game, makes the comeback even more impressive.  Still remember being the only person in my family to not stop listening to the radio even when we were down by 32.  By the end of the game my whole family was huddled around the radio in amazement, then quickly turned the news on so we could see highlights.

The game was blacked out in Buffalo. I went to a friend's house who lives on a hill, turned his outdoor antenna east, and watched the game on a fuzzy Syracuse station.

The game was not sold out on time in Buffalo, therefore was not televised locally.  The joke has always been that despite less than 72k in attendance 300k Bills fans were at the game.

  • Thanks 1
