The usual suspects who very quickly made him from a nobody to a Senator, and then the President just gave him an academy award for serving their purposes.  He's not under a rock, and will continue to be rewarded for doing their bidding.

I might be able to find the video of Schumer speaking to the tribe in Chicago and pumping them up for making him.  He does have 1/4 membership from his mother's communist parents.

I guess if you can give a 1 term Senator who did nothing the Presidency and not be questioned by too many, giving a first time movie maker with no experience the academy award isn't something folks will question too much.

Youre being hypocritical and saying your bad guy wasnt that bad just because someone was worse.  Additionally, it was already at a low and set to rebound.  I'm not a fan of Bush either, so it's not like I feel any need to defend him and the usual suspects who shredded our Constitution with the Patriot Act, which was writtern before 9/11 and waiting for the "Pearl Harbor-like event" they wrote a bit before it that would need to happen to set their PNAC/Greater Israel plan in action.

So many pictures of both of them having a ball with the Clintons, it was all an act.  Bush Sr got the war ball rolling, Clinton had his militarty actions in various places, and then after 9/11 it was full steam and no looking back, even for "nobel peace winner"(lol) Obama.  Americans are easily duped.

Note how Tulsi, the loan Democratic candidate who ran on a Consitutional foreign policy of no undeclared wars/no regime change/meddling, and peaceful talks instead, was railroaded by the media and her party....as you noted, worse than anyone else by far.  Google too, banning her account at the height of her popularity as most searched candidate, and even Hillary defaming the honorable serviceperson.  If that kind of coordinated attack doesn't tell you how much the establishment wants war, I am not sure what will.  

I admire her for suing both Google and Hillary, fighting like a champ to take down those who would subvert our Constitution and put her fellow soldiers needlessly in harms way.  Even if I dont agree with a lot of her domestic stuff, that alone is reason to support her.

Lesson is, if you are not "bought", you don't stand a chance in this facade of free elections.  Convince me otherwise.

Until Iraq?????  That was pretty damn early in his first term.  LOL.  Bush was a huge disappointment.  Still better than Obongo.

So raising the economy even a little led to a higher % of change.

Exactly, once you're at the bottom there's nowhere else to go but up and even in the recovery he failed and that was with the Fed fully cooperating with him to cover up how bad it was.

That's pretty cool, Lit, Sack, and myself all agreed on something(mine was buried in a post that mentioned Wesley Clark and being ready to go to war right after 9/11).

Elsewhere I mentioned the major spike the day after the Trump won, and highly doubt that happened for Obama with the spectre of big government regulation looming.

I was ticked off with the level of government interference in business under Obama, such as forcing GM to close Pontiac to allow them to declare bankruptcy.  I liked Pontiacs, some nice cars over the years.
