Per Jason LaCanfora = it might as well just be a lie lmao

With guys like Roman/Saleh available.  I'd be shocked to see Daboll get a HC gig this year

Jason LaCanfora is one of the worst sources ever. If LaCanfora is saying Daboll is a HC candidate than the opposite is true.

Classic case of “oh the bills are shit and this dude kinda made them good”.

A Bills fan could have gone into a coma in 2000, just woke up, and be shocked that he had not missed a thing!!! HAHAHAHA

I nominate this post of the month, maybe more. Seriously, seriously it encapsulates everything of importance in one sentence. An indie film maker could possibly do well with that concept. -StraightJ 10/7/12

Let him walk and maybe McD will find someone that's interested in Developing Allen and running a creative offense based on his skill set. I know, wishful thinking, but a man can dream, can't he?

I honestly believe that this is the type of offense that McDermott would prefer.

Conservative, with as few mistakes as possible.

Let him go, I'm not a big fan of Freddie Kitchens as a HC but he did real well as an OC, or Shurmer who also has success as an OC.

welcome Mike Shula as our Offensive Coordinator.... Keeping the Carolina connection alive...

Mike Shula (born June 3, 1965) is an American football coach who is currently the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He has served as the head football coach at the University of Alabama, his alma mater, for four seasons, from 2003 to 2006. He was the offensive coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 1999. Shula was the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator from 2013 to 2017.

Rumors from LaCanfora are as reliable as the Steele Dossier.

Sack "The Buffalo Range's TRUSTED News Source!"

"But, man, you're never going to get any truth from us. We'll tell you anything you want to hear; we lie like hell... We'll tell you any shit you want to hear. We deal in *illusions*, man! None of it is true! But you people sit there, day after day, night after night, all ages, colors, creeds... We're all you know. You're beginning to believe the illusions we're spinning here."

Things can be both.  Look at how the 49ers play.  They have a very creative offense and it doubles as not putting Jimmy G in harms way

I don't mind Daboll as much as most people.

He isn't afraid to throw the ball and I don't want Allen and the rest of the offense to have to learn a new system.

They can be, but right now, they aren't.

For whatever reason, this is not a very creative offense.

I hope he absolutely kills it in the interviews, he might be a better HC than OC. HC is about leadership, organization and people ised to care about game day things like clock management and in game adjustments, but thats apparently all just "old school" stuff now.   I think he built decent schemes, but his play calling is not there.
