President Trump lashes out at "lousy" Fox News polls: "They ought to get themselves a real pollster"

President Donald Trump complained to reporters that Fox News needs “a new pollster” nearly half of Americans said they wanted him impeached and removed from office in a recent survey from the right-leaning network.

The Fox News poll invoked by Trump found that 49 percent of Americans want the president not only impeached but also removed from office, compared to 41 percent who oppose doing so and four percent who say he should be impeached but not removed. This results are roughly the same as the previous poll taken in early October, which found that 51 percent of Americans wanted to impeach and remove Trump.

It's a mad, mad world.

Trump: Expose the whistle blower -  Illegally harassing and intimidating a witness

Trump: Read the Transcript - He won't release the Transcript so it CAN be read

Biden's crimes in Ukraine - Congressional investigators found no crimes in the Ukraine by Biden or his son

NBC News Asks Voters About Impeachment, Doesn’t Go As Planned

NBC News approached voters in early voting states — Minnesota, New Hampshire, and South Carolina — and asked them about Democrats’ attempt to impeach President Donald Trump with less than a year before the 2020 election.

“People out there don’t talk about impeachment a lot at any events,” National Review Editor Rich Lowry told host Chuck Todd. “It doesn’t come up.”

“We went out and tried to find some voters, guys, to talk about impeachment,” Todd said. “We had to bring it up to them.”

Here’s what the voters told NBC News:

JIM BAIRD (Minnesota): And I think it’s a waste of time and they’re a bunch of little kids fighting and not accomplishing what the hell they’re elected for.

GRAY CHYNOWETH (New Hampshire): And I think we have a system of checks and balances. And the way it should work is that, you know, the House and the Senate should do what is set out in the Constitution.

TRACY VEILLETTE (South Carolina): I read the document and there was absolutely nothing concerning to me from one president to another. It was absolutely appropriate.

Todd, appearing somewhat surprised by what he saw, stated, “these were in the early states.”

A recent Emerson poll found that voters in Iowa, perhaps the most critical state for Democrats in the presidential primary, care very little about impeachment.

“The most important issue for voters in Iowa in deciding for whom to vote for president is the economy at 33%, followed by healthcare at 19%, and social issues at 10%,” the poll found. “Impeachment ranked seven out of nine at 6%, ahead of education at 5% and foreign policy at 3%.”

A separate poll USA TODAY/Suffolk poll from last month found that only “36 percent of respondents support the House voting to remove the president, while 22 percent say Congress should continue with its impeachment inquiry but should not vote to remove him. Further, 37 percent say lawmakers should end their impeachment probe, while four percent remain undecided on the matter,” Breitbart News reported.

The Democrats voted on a resolution supporting their impeachment inquiry after the Trump administration slammed Democrats in a scathing letter late last month and after continued public outcry over the way in which Democrats were proceeding with their inquiry.

The letter, written by White House Counsel Pat. A Cipollone, outlined the following problems with Democrats’ attempts to impeach the president in closed door hearings:

  1. Your “Inquiry” Is Constitutionally Invalid and Violates Basic Due Process Rights and the Separation of Powers.
  2. The Invalid “Impeachment Inquiry” Plainly Seeks To Reverse the Election of 2016 and To Influence the Election of 2020.
  3. There Is No Legitimate Basis for Your “Impeachment Inquiry”; Instead, the Committees’ Actions Raise Serious Questions.

In a statement, White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham wrote: “The President has done nothing wrong, and the Democrats know it. For purely political reasons, the Democrats have decided their desire to overturn the outcome of the 2016 election allows them to conduct a so-called impeachment inquiry that ignores the fundamental rights guaranteed to every American. These partisan proceedings are an affront to the Constitution—as they are being held behind closed doors and deny the President the right to call witnesses, to cross-examine witnesses, to have access to evidence, and many other basic rights.”

Well Meat, the pollsters ALL had crooked Hillary winning in 2016.  They were pretty much all wrong.  Why is that?  Perhaps trying to keep Trump voters home by making them believe it's a lost cause?  Maybe our President has a valid point.  My advice is to NEVER put much stock in the polls.  All too often those running them have agendas/rooting interests.

LOL.  You're the one who is dreaming.  I fully expect the House to impeach Trump.  They've been wanting to do so since day 1.  I also fully expect the Senate to acquit him.  Impeachment won't move the base or anyone with half a brain.  I don't see the point, but I hope some bullshit impeachment makes you feel better somehow.  I and a lot of others don't give a shit.  We know partisan politics and witch hunts when we see them.

The polls are bigger hail mary's than Allen throwing deep. The quicker some of you realize the media is strictly about generating revenue, not reporting any truth, the better.  Both parties are full of shit and it dosen't matter which bull shit station you follow, they change their story every 2 weeks to keep getting clicks/ views.  I spend a good amohnt of time with people from both sides of the isle and have yet to find anybody who really wants him impeached, the opportunity to vote him out will come sooner and its all a waste anyway with the Republican Senate controlling the whole fate.  This is nothing more than a waste of time and resources of the American people by the Democrats to try to increase their chances to win the 2020 election.  It's happening now, over absolutely nothing btw, so this shit is dragged out into the polling times and will try to put enough doubt in people's mind they will choose the other evil.

Biden admitted to quid pro quo with the same government they are trying to proved Trump had an agreement with.  That gets swept under the rug, people get killed to cover tracks all the time and thats ignored, its a HUGE ring of corruption and lets be honest, I suspect Trump isn't in on most of it because, A) He's too fucking dumb to actually strike a backdoor deal.  B) If he did, he would brag more about it than Biden. C) The other fuckers have been in office for 30+ years and have had lots of shady relationships exposed, nothing actually looked into, they have more reason to try to cover their ass.

Trump is one of the most stupid, corrupt and incompetent presidents ever. Trump is so bad that he makes George W Bush look smart in comparison.

When you do a poll of people walking out of a courthouse in NYC, or Chicago, or any city, I'm not surprised by the results.

LOL.  Respectfully disagree.  Not hard to just throw broad insults and accusations out there.  Doesn't mean you're right.  Remember, there are three sides to every story and the truth is in there somewhere.  Trump is no worse than those who came before him as far as brains and honesty.  The smartest guy in the room usually isn't running for President anyway.  I like Trump mainly because he's not a politician and doesn't give a shit about most of that crap.  I also love the fact he speaks his mind instead of carefully choosing each word for fear of offending someone.

Speaks his mind? He lies every time he opens his mouth. That’s what’s on his mind?
