This team is a lot like the 1989 Bills and we know what happened the next year

Recommended Posts

They went from 9-7 to 13-3 the following year. Just consider the similarities and what positions in which they are just one player away.  This draft will be huge towards them really turning the corner. The pieces are in place and now all they have to do is keep making the right changes and additions.

This team is nothing like the "Bickering Bills" of 1989.

That team was at each others throats. This team has a lot more chemistry together.

LOL, true, but I don't think that's the part he was comparing to. I'm thinking he's basing the comparison on talent alone.

No, this is all in good fun...I would never say this to your face...well, okay, but I'd say it with a smile

Yes that was a separate issue. Remember this though- " Tom Bresnahan and Nick Nicolau brawled while reviewing game film. Nicolau punched Bresnahan in the chin. Nicolau got Bresnahan into a headlock and ran his head through a wall. You know, perfectly normal stuff for the film room. "

Ah the memories 🙂
