Nice clueless 1st post, typical of many Trump Cultists. They fucking ADMITTED that they withheld the money until they got satisfaction that Ukraine was investigating the DNC (according to Mulvaney) and Biden (According to Trump).

Any investigations into “crazy Joe“ should’ve happened before the 2016 election or should’ve been instigated by somebody other than the president. The DOJ. The FBI. Those would’ve been good options but because Donald Trump admittedly held up foreign aid  in return for that investigation, he broke the foreign emoluments  clause. For two years you guys has the house, the Senate and the White House and did nothing as far as investigating any of these claims that are all of a sudden, the most important thing in your life

You're crazy if you think that the administration that Biden served for and was complicit in the Ukrainian payola was actually going to investigate that. That's like thinking Bush would investigate Cheney's good buddies at Halliburton. The Democrats are in full blown panic mode trying to protect their foreign benefactors while trying to get rid of a President who will win 4 more years. Keep hoping.

I really don't see the Democrats panicking at all, so I don't know where you get that from. I see Trump losing his mind more and more every day, though. If anything, I see the panic coming from the White House, not the Capitol. No one in the Senate nor the House is acting erratically, but Trump is. Regardless, Trump promised to drain the Swamp, that he has instead redefined on an entirely whole new, epic level.

He had the House, the Senate and the White House plus tilted the Judicial System to the right - where were these investigations then? Why didn't Hillary get locked up? Why didn't Biden get called into Congress to testify about Ukraine? Oh that's right. He was too busy lying about Mexican Caravans (That never existed), deals with China (That never existed), Muslims coming across the Southern Border (That never happened - 1), wasting 2 years crying about a wall (That never got built), lying about deals with N. Korea (That never existed), playing Golf at his resort (More often than any other President in history), Tweeting 200+ times a day (instead of doing his job), not working until 11AM each day (instead of doing his job), and going to 2-4 "rallies" every week (instead of doing his job), constantly replacing personnel (who quit or get fired for admitting his ineptness).....

I could keep going and should since I doubt you get the point, but other ration readers of this forum will

1 - At least 60 miles of replacement wall has been completed since 2017. A private organization called We Build the Wall has constructed .5 miles (0.80 km) of new wall on private property near El Paso, Texas, with Trump's encouragement.

BTW, I'm going to try and be more civil and ration with you, but I don't give it a lot of hope. Just so you know I'm making the attempt

OH, I was wrong, they did investigate Hillary

State Dept. Inquiry Into Clinton Emails Finds No Deliberate Mishandling of Classified Information
The report appears to bookend a controversy that dogged Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

A yearslong State Department investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server found that while the use of the system for official business increased the risk of compromising classified information, there was no systemic or deliberate mishandling of classified information.

The inquiry, started more than three years ago, found that 38 current or former State Department officials were “culpable” of violating security procedures in a review of about 33,000 individual emails sent to or from the server that Mrs. Clinton turned over to investigators.

The nine-page unclassified report, completed last month and shared with Congress this week, appears to bookend a controversy that dogged Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign against Donald J. Trump. Mrs. Clinton blamed the F.B.I.’s handling of the inquiry for crippling her campaign after James B. Comey, then the bureau’s director, reopened his investigation into the server days before the general election after initially declining to bring charges.

“While there were some instances of classified information being inappropriately introduced into an unclassified system in furtherance of expedience,” the report said, “by and large, the individuals interviewed were aware of security policies and did their best to implement them in their operations.”

The report concluded, “There was no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.”

A representative for Mrs. Clinton declined on Friday to comment on the report.

State Department investigators reviewed thousands of pages of documents, sent from 2009 to 2013, when Mrs. Clinton served in the Obama administration. The emails were on subjects that were not considered classified at the time, but that have been or were retroactively marked as classified. Investigators also took statements from hundreds of past and present department officials, and interviewed dozens more, according to the report.

The focus of the investigation, according to the report, was to determine if any of the emails “represented a failure to properly safeguard classified information,” and if so, if any specific individuals could be determined to bear responsibility.

Totally bogus, it's like the Gestapo investigating Hitler for wrong doing and people have been convicted of much less than what she's done. She's probably the paragon for why people have lost faith in the Justice system concerning politics. Comey's original report was merely there to exonerate her since he's a Clinton supporter and needed something done to clear her name before Election Day. This bitch will never see a cell but it looks like some of her underlings may:

38 people cited for violations in Clinton email probe

WASHINGTON (AP) — The State Department has completed its internal investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.

The investigation, launched more than three years ago, determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley this week and released Friday. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified.

Although the report identified violations, it said investigators had found “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.” However, it also made clear that Clinton’s use of the private email had increased the vulnerability of classified information.

Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said in a tweet Saturday: “For the umpteenth time the email story is put to bed w/ a clear recognition it was a pointless crusade that took away from so many other issues we should have been discussing in ’16.”

The investigation covered 33,000 emails that Clinton turned over for review after her use of the private email account became public. The department said it found a total of 588 violations involving information then or now deemed to be classified but could not assign fault in 497 cases.

For current and former officials, culpability means the violations will be noted in their files and will be considered when they apply for or go to renew security clearances. For current officials, there could also be some kind of disciplinary action. But it was not immediately clear what that would be.

The report concluded “that the use of a private email system to conduct official business added an increased degree of risk of compromise as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of State Department networks.”

The department began the review in 2016 after declaring 22 emails from Clinton’s private server to be “top secret.” Clinton was then running for president against Donald Trump, and Trump made the server a major focus of his campaign.

Then-FBI Director James Comey held a news conference that year in which he criticized Clinton as “extremely careless” in her use of the private email server as secretary of state but said the FBI would not recommend charges.

The Justice Department’s inspector general said FBI specialists did not find evidence that the server had been hacked, with one forensics agent saying he felt “fairly confident that there wasn’t an intrusion.”

Grassley started investigating Clinton’s email server in 2017, when he was chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The Iowa Republican has been critical of Clinton’s handling of classified information and urged administrative sanctions.

That's all in the article I linked, too, and again, I'm fine with prosecuting anyone that's guilty, but it's Trump's State Dept that's absolving Hillary, herself.
