  1. its a great question. My hope / expectation is that the Bill do enough to move forward in acquiring new talent to improve. The question, as always, is does that work and does the competition not keep up. Should be fun to see....
  2. wow... how can a non drug induced person not pick TB? until he retires he has to be #1 in any QB prediction in the East.
  3. Agree 100% with bird in the hand. So many variables at play. GM should go for it if they believe in the player and the team's ability to make it work. Fun times.
  4. Totally agree Meat. Just what I've been thinking. These are fun times to contemplate where the team can go. As a person who live with Pats fans it's nice to be thinking on the positive side.
  5. It's an interesting time for Bill's fans. Should we feel good about this as win - sure. Should win by 17 - pretty sure. Willing to put 5K on it... you are a brave soul. 🙂
  6. It's been said many times, but the Pats coaching is so many light years beyond everyone else... especially the Bills. It is beyond comprehension...
  7. In my opinon, it's not complicated. This team needs talent all over the offense and coaching. 20 years of futility doesn't inspire hope though. Being sappy Bills fans we are left with 'hope' and wait until next year. Such is life as a Bills fan.....
  8. He sounds like a solid player. The kind that could be a contribute. Thank you for sharing.
  9. the game seems to be slowing down for Allen. That will help him going forward
  10. His arrow is definitely pointing up. Looking forward to see if he can continue his progress into next year. Just need a few more contributors...
  11. well said Jungle. As fans, we want instant gratification. It's a constant battle to temper immediate expectations for results with growth. I find myself having to remind myself of that. Im hoping to see him improve his balance of running with making the right throws at the right time. His running is just another tool in his chest to use. It's a strength when used right. He just needs experience to learn how and when to run.
  12. Im not a big fan of 70's style football but a win is a win. A lot of credit with the D playing with energy all day. Nicely done
  13. .... or he was paid to? A champ wouldn't stand there like that unless he was paid to.. dazed or not
  14. slow sports night.... good time to enjoy an nice cocktail and cigar. Gentlemen Jack with an Aging Room Solera fit the bill
  15. well said straight J. best defense is to have a plan that factors current monetary policy and stick with your plan
  16. quite a few financial calculators out there. Firecalc is free to use and is pretty useful for those interested .... http://www.firecalc.com
  17. very nice sdfan: I would give my left nut for a 6% match and a pension. One of the best experiences I had was my father "pushing" me to contribute to the 401k when I was 23. I'm now more than double that age and have a very respectable 401K. Thank you Dad :-)
  18. no doubt a very poor retention rate. Successful teams draft consistently. Hopefully the Pegulas have removed the training wheels and in a few years we look back and remember how bad it was. Hope is not a strategy though.....
