These Pennsylvania judges need to be impeached. What are they waiting for? When a judge gets appointed he takes a solemn vow to uphold the principles and political views of the person that appointed them or the political party under whose auspices they ran for election. Now we have rogue justices everywhere making up their minds independently. Its a disgrace. I say we should eliminate the entire judicial system when it comes to the interpretation of constitutional law, or else we are going to end up as some kind of banana republic where dictators can be elected at the whim of the public vote.

Here's a rebuttal. Your laughable attempt to spin this into some controversy where none exists while completely ignoring the obvious truths that those of us who aren't blindly beholden to the worst President in history, who has done nothing to earn this ridiculous reverence other than lie so often that weak-minded people who buy into his bullshit - people like you - have been hysterically exposed for having such ignorance, are so bewildered by your stupidity and your level of ass-kissing that we wonder how you manage to remember to breathe without being told how. Now go ahead, come back with one of your lame insults or plays on my user name. Because that really just impresses anyone other than the other Trump-sheep so much, you empty-headed, easily manipulated, brainwashed zombie. Or, maybe you can paste some far right wing, unproven, factless, nonsense that you found on WeLoveTrump.Com and think makes you look informed - which you're obviously not. Insult coming in 5.... 4... 3...

PA law and court decisions allow ignoring accidental violations of law in favor of counting votes. The illness clause in the state constitution gives a plausible reason for having voted this way patient. I cannot imagine that any Court would throw out millions of votes that were cast in good faith, in response to a law it was passed in accordance to a good-faith interpretation of the Constitution. You don't throw out the votes of millions of people who cast those votes in good faith. Everyone knows that. So even IF there were some technical problem such as this (and there isn't), the votes would STILL be counted. I can show you what the conservative Republican Texas judge said about this very subject when it was before his court. (Hint: he said exactly what I just said.) BTW, just in the way of background, the mail in ballots were authorized by a bipartisan act of the state legislature back in October of 2019. Governor Wolf Signs Historic Election Reform Bill Including New Mail-in Voting October 31, 2019 Harrisburg, PA – Governor Wolf made voting more convenient and secure by signing Act 77 of 2019, the most significant improvement to Pennsylvania’s elections in more than 80 years. The bipartisan compromise legislation takes effect for the April 2020 primary election and makes Pennsylvania a national leader with voter-friendly election reforms. https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroom/governor-wolf-signs-election-reform-bill-including-new-mail-in-voting/ This law was in effect when the 2020 primaries were held. No one complained. No one complained when it was passed and signed. Now, all of a sudden, we have a constitutional issue? Yeah, don't bet money on the judges finding for Trump in the end.

President’s delusional breakdown: 'Like Mad King George, muttering, ‘I won. I won. I won.' President Donald Trump’s refusal to accept the fact that he lost the 2020 presidential election was the focus of a Washington Post deep-dive published online Saturday night. The story, by Philip Rucker, Ashley Parker, Josh Dawsey and Amy Gardner, was titled, “20 days of fantasy and failure: Inside Trump’s quest to overturn the election.” “The facts were indisputable: President Trump had lost. But Trump refused to see it that way,” the newspaper reported. “Sequestered in the White House and brooding out of public view after his election defeat, rageful and at times delirious in a torrent of private conversations, Trump was, in the telling of one close adviser, like ‘Mad King George, muttering, ‘I won. I won. I won.’’” ... The report was based on “interviews with 32 senior administration officials, campaign aides and other advisers to the president, as well as other key figures in his legal fight.” “The result was an election aftermath without precedent in U.S. history. With his denial of the outcome, despite a string of courtroom defeats, Trump endangered America’s democracy, threatened to undermine national security and public health, and duped millions of his supporters into believing, perhaps permanently, that Biden was elected illegitimately,” the newspaper reported. “All the while, Trump largely abdicated the responsibilities of the job he was fighting so hard to keep, chief among them managing the coronavirus pandemic as the numbers of infections and deaths soared across the country. In an ironic twist, the Trump adviser tapped to coordinate the post-election legal and communications campaign, David Bossie, tested positive for the virus a few days into his assignment and was sidelined.” “The 20 days between the election on Nov. 3 and the greenlighting of Biden’s transition exemplified some of the hallmarks of life in Trump’s White House: a government paralyzed by the president’s fragile emotional state; advisers nourishing his fables; expletive-laden feuds between factions of aides and advisers; and a pernicious blurring of truth and fantasy,” the newspaper reported. “Though Trump ultimately failed in his quest to steal the election, his weeks-long jeremiad succeeded in undermining faith in elections and the legitimacy of Biden’s victory.”

McD mentioned that one of the emphasis over the bye week was fixing the run game: I hope that doesn’t mean we start running a lot more. The Chargers are down several CB’s and teams have shed them through the air. I don’t care if we don’t run a single damn down tomorrow.

Like I said in the shout box, we are eight and three in spite of a defensive coordinator who has lost his way, a general manager who gave up on great players without compensation and a head coach who still has not learned how to manage a clock, or when to call timeout apparently. I wonder if maybe, just maybe, Leslie Fraser will start drilling these guys on how to knock a Hail Mary away instead of trying to catch it. I thought that shit only happened on the playground when kids play football.

-- just to give Biden 132 more votes President-elect Joe Biden’s lead over Donald Trump in Wisconsin extended on Friday as Milwaukee finished their recount. The Trump campaign had to pay $3 million for the recount in Wisconsin. “Milwaukee County concludes its recount of the presidential election — one of two counties where Trump sought a recount in Wisconsin. The results: Biden’s lead, currently at about 20,000 statewide, grew by 132 votes,” Rosalind Helderman of The Washington Post reported Friday. Edward-Isaac Dovere of The Atlantic did a quick, back-of-the-envelop economic analysis. “With the $3 million the Trump campaign spent on recounts split between two counties, this would amount to the Trump campaign spending $11,363 per vote added to Biden,” Dovere wrote.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismisses another election case brought by Republicans The Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit Saturday night from US Rep. Mike Kelly and other Republicans, after they had tried to invalidate absentee voting and block the certification of votes in recent weeks. The court was unanimous in deciding against Kelly and others, and refusing to block vote certification on Saturday. Five of the seven judges wrote that they believed the lawsuit had been filed far too late, a year after absentee voting procedures had been established in the state and weeks after millions of Pennsylvanians voted in good faith. "It is beyond cavil that Petitioners failed to act with due diligence in presenting the instant claim," the court wrote in its majority opinion. The high court said the Republicans couldn't reconfigure their complaints and try again. Earlier this month, a federal judge in Pennsylvania dealt a death blow to the Trump campaign's effort to overturn Biden's presidential win by dismissing a closely watched lawsuit that sought to invalidate millions of Pennsylvania votes. That case was essentially the last major case seeking to throw out or block enough votes that could swing a key state in Trump's favor. Judge Matthew Brann of the US District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania called the Trump campaign's case "Frankenstein's monster" for its poorly stitched together legal theories. On Friday, a federal appeals court dealt the Trump campaign's effort another blow, with a Trump-appointed judge writing in a scathing opinion that the campaign's lawsuit lacked proof and that its allegations in Pennsylvania "have no merit." The court opinion also rejected Trump's motion to undo Pennsylvania's certification of votes, calling it "unprecedented" and "breathtaking" relief where no fraud had been alleged. https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/28/politics/pennsylvania-state-supreme-court-election-case/index.html on to the supreme court! who will also bitch slap dons team and make me filthy rich with my army of eye cup collection workers and the tanker trucks ive rented! cry, my dear magots, cry! crazy little brainwashed tears of stupid

So when do we sign Kenny Stills to be our speed/deep threat? In 2019 Stills caught 73% of his targets. He also averaged over 10 yards per target. Those are great metrics. Pretty sure Kenny Stills is better than WR Jake Kumerow or WR Duke Williams. Plus, we hope we don't have any more WRs get dinged up, but it is football. It would be nice to have the depth in case we need it as we blast into the Playoffs.

I may not agree with his politics Biden that is. Or despite what good Trump did like jobs and demolishing ISIS even though he was had his foot in his mouth and his temperament. While the Democrats blame everybody but themselves. Biden at least one good thing will bring back respect and stability!

Does HipCunt not realize that affidavits and statistical data ARE evidence and they have thousands of sworn statements. This isn't some X-Files stuff. If 20 people say they witnessed Johnny shooting Billy on Broad St at 10:30AM the court doesn't need to find the exact gun that Johnny used to prove their case along with the bullet casing. This exactly what the Democrats and MSM are doing when they say there's "no evidence." Meanwhile for 4 years they swore up and down that the Pee-Pee Tape was real and Trump was an agent of Putin and people like Adam Schiff swore he saw highly classified evidence irrefutably proving the case only to have a mound of worthless shit revealed in the end. They swore Trump was cheating the IRS only to find out that no, he was using the same tax breaks everyone else was and there was no financial data tying to Russia. You've been lied to by the MSM for 4 fucking years straight about Trump yet the same morons on here are still taking Morning Joe's word and coming on here like some kind of expert. Have you figured it out yet or do you want to continue to be wrong about everything? I'm just shocked that people continue to fall for the same tricks over and over again... You know what that is? Pure stupidity.

The judge's ruling came AFTER Pennsylvania certified the election & the governor signed off on the Biden electors. Too bad his ruling is as meaningless as New Orleans complaint against pass interference against Nickell Robey-Coleman in the NFC championship game.

While I'm tickled pink to see another Trump lawsuit drop-kicked into orbit, I'm starting to feel just a little bad for you guys. This is, what, his 35th, maybe 36th loss in 23 days? I can't even keep track, but he's averaging better than 10 failures a week. And it's the same thing every time. Trump files a lawsuit. His followers say "This is the one! This time he'll show them the evidence!" People with common sense say, "No, he's going to lose again. He has no evidence." Trump followers yell, "Leftist propaganda! He has lots of evidence!" Trump loses again, and the judge (or in this case, judges) says "You have no evidence." Lather, rinse, repeat. Aren't you guys getting tired of us being right, and you being wrong? Are you seeing the pattern, yet? This is just going to keep happening as long as you keep cheering him on.

just ignore him when he does that. he does it when he has nothing. its like the spurned exgf, she says stuff to try to hurt you, responding only makes her say more bullshit. saying nothing in response is way more powerful than even validating he said anything at all now if he says something of substance thats different. but dont fall for this particular technique. just say nothing
